5 stars 100%. I absolutely love shopping at this store. And their employees are wonderful. My pup got sick from a new treat, which they immediately removed from the floor. But what really got me, was the fact that they called me to see how my girl was doing, making sure she was OK. Never have I had that experience with a pet store before. They are just absolutely wonderful, and showed how much they care when they called me. I shop here all the time, and will continue to shop there. Thank you to the employees and store manager for caring and calling to check in. Skye says thank you for the new toy, and she loves it!

My puppy loved the experience, he was so excited, the care was great, he loved all the foot traffic, other dogs, people, and the treats. He even liked the bandana they put on him, didn't try to take it off, wore it proudly!

Friendly knowledge staff assisted me with a dog coat. Store was neat, clean and organized which made my shopping a breeze.

This is the prefered pet store in the area for my family. They treat customers well and actually care about the wellbeing of their fish which is extremely important to me.

I had the pleasure of being greeted at the door when I came here yesterday for special cat food for my now adult cat. He'd been having a struggle switching from kitten to adult food.

Jeremy, a clear veteran in pet care, was able to suggest some over the counter options for food for my kitty with a sensitive stomach. He also explained WHY this would be beneficial and what made it easy to digest. He also told me about multivitamins for kitties which I did not realize even existed! He explained how to apply and directed me towards its location in the store. Lastly, he told me about how I could order the prescription cat food online through PetSmart, should that be the long term solution. It was an awesome experience and kitty is feeling better today 😍

Very clean and tidy store, and it is always easy to locate and find items I need. The staff are incredibly friendly and will acknowledge me and offer assistance. Any time I have asked for help they have been happy to do so and made me feel welcomed. They are very good at mentioning ongoing deals and promotions as well as their other services and never fail to ask for my rewards info. While I don't personally like some of the products sold and avoid buying them, they have many products I do like at great prices and a nice selection.

Love PetSmart.. and so does my cat. Good quality food at excellent prices. Also I paid less for my tick and flea spay then i would have at my Veterinarian and even WalMart. 14.99$$ Also they have everything we need for the new Kitten. My older cat has a medical condition and he has never been sick from anything i have purchased at petsmart

PetSmart has so much of what you need for your pets. The staff are friendly, you can always see some sort of pets inside, and the prices are about what I expect to pay. They have a huge variety of dog and cat foods, including plenty of choices for sensitive diets.

First time here for her annual lion cut. Extremely pleased with the care and cut. No other animals around to make her anxious. Would definitely come back😊

Store is clean, and organized. Everytime I go in, they have what I need. If I need help, an employee is not hard to find. The exact opposite of petco. It's worth the drive from sabattus

I was very pleased with my recent grooming experience at Petsmart. I had never taken my three year old bulldog to a groomer so was a little nervous about how he would do. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Our groomer Nikki was excellent and even able to clean the fold around his nose which I have a hard time keeping clean.

Nikki is the BEST !! She always goes above and beyond making Mocha look and smell beautiful!! I can’t say enough about the love and care she gives Mocha as well. ❤

Donna was amazing!! I had an unreceipted return 1 day past the deadline. Donna was lovely, pleasant and accommodating!!! GREAT customer service which is hard to come by!! Donna is a superstar and should be recognized for excellent customer service!!

Excellent customer care, pet care and knowledgeable about products and willing to tell me when something isn't right for a pet even though they sell the product which means they care more about you having success with your pet opposed to their bottom line. For example I was asking about substrate for my leopard gecko and I was told by 'Donna' that the sand was not a good choice and that he did not need substrate as long as he's warm and has enough hides and all of the other things he needed. I appreciate they care more about the client instead of the money they can make from the sale.

Everyone in grooming is always so friendly and knowledgeable. The adore Mack, and he absolutely adores them! I love taking him here because I know he's in great hands when I drop him off for a spa day!

I went in the store to browse. They have a grooming place in the store. I asked a few questions about my new puppy. The groomers were very friendly and was happy to assist me with advice. The store was very neat and tidy. They have a good selection of pet foods and toys. The staff greated me as I entered the store and also when I left. As I checked out the cashier also told me that they have obedience classes for puppies if I was interested. Knowable staff.

My dogs are so relaxed and beautiful after a grooming by Chris. I was worried they would be too nervous to stay for a grooming. I had to carry Murph in as he would not walk in ... tail between his legs... Squeeze was shaking.
Chris felt like he could manage and reassured me he would call me right away if he had any issues. When I returned I was so happy to see Squeeze at Chris’s side laying comfortably on the floor. Murphy strutted out looking like a show dog. Chris not only bathed them but did nails with grinding, anal glands and brushed their teeth. Five stars Chris xxx I am so pleased with grooming job you did. Kudos And Thank you. Patty

Called ahead to find out if they have our dog food. Not only did they go look, they pulled the bag and had it waiting for me at the register when I got there. I have a Dane puppy so it was not a small bag :) Staff here is super friendly and eager to help. Store is clean and well organized. The price for the dog food was very close to the price from place I used to order it. Terrific store all around. I will be back... obviously we'll need more soon :)

Love this place. I brought my dog in to get a bath and they were super quick to get her in! The store is good size and have a ton of stuff too!
