Ed is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet in Seattle. He is always so pleasant to talk to and more than helpful. His shop smells wonderful and is very comfortable and clean. He knows everything when it comes to shipping and receiving worldwide! His prices are unbeatable and has all the supplies you need for shipping.
Seattle is lucky to have this Postal Plus because places like this are rare to come by this day and age. I give 5 Plus+++ on this Postal place!!

Go here to mail your passport renewal. It's fast. They understand all of the renewal options (expedited vs regular) and will double check your forms and required items before sending. Way better experience than I've had at any other post office.

Edit: Shipping from here is super fast and efficient as well. I brought an item in with no box and they had it in box, labeled and ready to ship within 2 minutes. This place takes the stress and waiting out of shipping and mailing!

This is the only place I go in Seattle to ship anything. Whether it’s my obnoxious glitter and sequin holiday cards that are too big for just stamps or sending gifts home to my family, I always go see Postman Ed. No matter how busy it is, the wait is never terribly long, he helps you choose the most affordable/appropriate shipping method and package, he’s even helped me out with information on my passport renewal during the pandemic! Always friendly and smiling as well!

Ed is a treasure! He is quick to guide me to the best option for sending packages. I really love that he provides free packing tape and packing materials. It makes it so much better of an experience than USPS, UPS and FedEx!

I love postal plus! Yes, I drop off many packages there, it’s super fast and easy. Yes I can get notary services too….and there’s snacks to buy, but what makes this place exceptional is how well kept the garden - it speaks volumes of the owner! Hank you for being a member of our community.

I avoid post offices at all costs. Sometimes you walk into a post office and there will only be two people in line, and you think, "excellent, no line!". Then you end up waiting for 10 minutes. Or one of the two people working in the front of the post office is on break. This never happens at postal plus. Ed, the proprietor of Postal Plus is fast, efficient, informative and very good about getting people through his line quickly. In fact, there is generally no line. Ed is very efficient. He can tell you the quickest and cheapest methods by which to ship. he also has free packing material, tape and sharpie markers. There are also boxes or padded envelopes for purchase. One time, Ed even counseled me to go to the post office so that my item would be shipped faster as I needed it to ship quickly. Why anyone would go to u.p.s, the post office or FedEx is beyond me.

My wife and I have the greatest respect and admiration for Ed, the proprietor of this franchise post office. We have come to rely on him for all of our personal and professional shipping needs. Step through his doors with an armload of items and he will unfailingly select the exactly correct proportioned boxes, he will invite you to use the tape and packaging material on hand without additional cost and is always reliable in finding the most economic shipping options based on your needs. He works alone and yet has the energy and work ethic of half a dozen or more, he is a language scholar and a great lover of classical music, he proudly sports his Seahawk regalia, lovingly tends to his many chirping birds and refers to his many dedicated customers as friends.

Edward is extremely helpful and positive whenever I come in to drop off large amounts of packages and pick up a lot of supplies for my business. It's always in and out and I appreciate efficiency. Thank you Edward for making my days that much easier.

Well there was about 20 people in line at the Broadway post office, there was no one at postal plus, which is clean and ordered and open to the air and Covid safe. And the man has the plates so well organized. Highly recommended

This is a tiny post office not many people know about. Never a line. Friendly staff. He always gives you options on how fast and cost before mailing instead of just doing what he wants. Good place to get supplies for keeping office files organized as well.

Amaaaaaazing customer service. I don’t run errands as frequently to the post office so when I do go, I’m oblivious. I do t know what I need and most USPS places make you buy tape while you prep your stuff in line. Here, the gentleman greets you and personalizes your needs. He has the most cost savvy recommendations. I swear I’m in and out under 5 minutes. I literally write down the address and pay while he takes care of the rest. I’m never intimidated or rushed when mailing out gifts.

A postal experience that is professional and personal. Nice pens and Candy for sale. If you live in Capitol Hill and need to mail anything this is the place to go.

This place is great - affordable shipping options and super fast. No lines compared to USPS. I was going to put my package in a USPS envelope and the shopkeeper help saved me some money by telling me to use the Manila envelope instead. Will be coming back!
