Everything started to crumble once Deco was acquired by MSC. As a former employee I can vouch the customer care has gone out the window. The main thing they want is for us to raise our margins. They do not have the same customer care as Deco once did. Upper management at MSC does not have the best intentions for their customers. Most employees do care and go above and beyond for all our customers however we are limited to what we can do because of the strict and greedy management. Regardless of our loyal and long term customers they will find anyway to get a 5% or more out of ya-regardless if there was a “price update” or not. The customers deserve much more than what MSC giving. Shame on you MSC
