Dr. McGargill has serviced my hearing problem for 30 years. He is very patient, humble, and efficient with me as his patient. I recommend him wholeheartedly. The office staff receives the patients quickly with a welcoming smile that makes one happy to arrive.

Was having hearing problems. My hearing aids were making me hear things less distinctly than in the past. Michael Grace upgraded them in this case and it’s fantastic. Wow. I hear clearly now. Love it 😂😂😂

I've been a patient with Pro Audiology since 2007, and they have been very attentive to my needs. The wonderful staff with Laura, Ann, and Dr McCargill make sure I am always happy and even know exactly what needs to be done before I walk out their doors as a very satisfied customer. They will answer all of your questions honestly, and if they don't have an answer, they will go out of their way to get the solution.

They are great at helping one pick the proper hearing aid. After I got my hearing aids I was not happy with how their worked. The testing that was supposed to get them set up correctly for me did not make me happy. Dr. McCargille worked with me personally and in just a few minutes he corrected the problem I had and I went away happy to hear again. Since that time they have been great at dealing with changes and a couple of problems I created with my aids. Each time I have had a need they met it quickly and sent me away happy. I highly recommend this Audiology clinic to correct your hearing issues.
