Scott Jones was very helpful. He was knowledgeable about the products he was friendly and provided excellent customer service. He listened to me and made suggestions which I truly liked. He thoroughly explained each step he was making explaining the difference between the hearing I liked.

I know whatever you want. We came today as per add flyer sent to our home address. The gentleman Scott did the exams of both years of mine and my wife's. He was just wonderful. Very friendly. A very appealing and wonderful service to the community. Even though this whole service was free, no obligation. But he was as good as you paid them. Thousands of dollars. I just picked up my brand new hearing aids from Beltone and once again Scott made it an amazing experience. He took the time to explain each feature and write a cheat sheet for me as well. Thank you so much for your expertise and understanding Scott!

My husband's right hearing aid stopped working. I spoke to Dee at Belton on Cass Street and she said to bring it in (on the same afternoon). When we arrived I told her I had changed the battery twice, replaced the wax guard and used the thin wire to make sure there was no build up. Within 5 minutes she handed it back to me and said all done. I guess she has magic hands and fingers. We are so great full for her help. Everyone working on this office are so nice and helpful with everything. Thanks again Dee

I use Beltone for my Hearing Aids. I like them a lot. The Company has very competent working staff members and friendly. When I need a “touch-up” maintenance; they never turn me down, fix the problem quickly if they are available. Thanks MT

Scott has been really helpful over the years with my mom's hearing. Just recently had a visit with my mom and all went well. She gets a new pair of hearing aids soon and hopefully, we'd keep up with regular checks more than we used to due to location. D has also always been great!

It's a very nice small office in the middle of Omaha. The office staff of one is very pleasant and the Audiologist is very professional. They have a historical display of hearing aids which is very interesting. I didn't have to wait very long, but it was nice to have something to look at while I did wait.

I have been completely satisfied with my experience at Beltone. There was a good range of price points to choose from, the evaluation and fitting were easy and pleasant. I love being able to make adjustments with an app on my phone for different environments. Scott is kind, thorough and knowledgeable. The improvement in my hearing has improved my functioning in the world around me.

They took the time to thoroughly evaluate mom's hearing loss. It ended up being bilateral wax impactions which they helped to clear and age related hearing loss. Scott explained the hearing test in great detail. Thank you for your kindness and patience!!!
