Had a wonderful experience in this Eddie Bauer shop. Overall the shop was super clean, well organized, neat and tidy. The clothes were well kept and maintained. I had a great experience with the associates as well, they were very patient with me as i asked several questions about the available products. For outdoor, hiking, climbing, scrambling, and otherwise active wear, this was a great location that served all of my needs. Would definitely recommend visiting this local Eddie Bauer!

We shopped several hours at the Williamsburg outlet stores today including the Eddie Bauer store. It was such a pleasant experience with Chris and the other employee (didn't get his name). They were both super friendly and helpful. I found the perfect coat and the color I wanted but the medium was just a bit snug and wouldn't have allowed for layering underneath. Chris helped me find the right size online and I ordered it before we left the store. I have always loved Eddie Bauer products. Thanks for your great help, Chris!

I went shopping today to find a down filled winter coat. I entered the store which was very neat and organized. I was elated to find exactly what I was looking for! It was 50% off the orginal price. A very nice man rang me up, I assume the manager, and he was most pleasant. I signed up for the rewards program. I will definitely return!

Love Eddie Bauer T Shirts! They are about the only kind I buy and this gas been true for many years. Their quality, softness and durability are unmatched at any price. Typically you can purchase their T Shirts (I am speaking short sleeves) for between 10.99-12.98 on sale. I have purchased both at this Williamsburg outlet, the Nags Head outlet, The Lancaster outlet, as well as on line. I buy both regular and V Neck.

It is my favorite store. Provides Quality and reasonable prices. I have been shopping from Eddie Bauer for last 12 years and I had no quality issue. Adventure rewards are amazing and you get 10 bucks for every three months. I would not ask a better from any clothing brand. I will always shopping from Eddie.

Great service staff is always friendly

On a recent trip to Richmond from Boston, I found myself looking for a good rain jacket to bring back home. As a commuter on public transit in Boston, you know the weather in New England is a bit... unpredictable. It can be 40* in the AM, rainy, and then 80* in the PM or 30* and snowy then 65*. If you don't like the weather, wait an hour. I needed something that would work. I found it at Eddie Bauer. I don't remember her name, but the associate that helped me was very knowledgeable. I had actually been looking at a different jacket, but based on her recommendation and the weather I was dealing with, I bought a different one. And it's perfect. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great stores located close to alot of other stores making this a one stop shopping area. Eddie Bauer is more expensive than most stores but the quality makes it worth ever cent. Some of the stores are expensive and lack quality making you have to buy a replacement item. This place is one of my favorites.

Great selections and pricing. I didnt plan on a purchase when i walked in. But the nice designs and the sale i just couldnt resist. Very good shopping experience.

The lady that helped us was amazing! I think she was Russian. She explained to us the warranties that were offered & that is what sold me on this store! I will be back often
