AT&T Store

I went in to help my technically-challenged father upgrade his phone from 1982. The man working there, John O. (according to our receipt) was exceptional. Someone called out of work, so he was alone at the store with no fewer than 5-6 people there, none of whom had a quick purchase/request. He managed to multi-task, make everyone feel welcome and attended to, and answered questions calmly and kindly for several elderly customers in a humble way that created connection rather than making them feel incompetent. He had the patience of a saint with everyone, including my one year old. I never take time to write a review, but I hope someone reads this, because this man deserves a bonus! And as someone who does corporate training , he’d be a great peer trainer or customer service trainer!

I went in yesterday and Jordan (Plattsburgh NY store) was extremely helpful. He explained the difference between the phones I was interested in. Also, was able to add another line for my daughter. She really wanted an iPhone and Jordan told me about an amazing deal. Usually switching phones is difficult, but Jordan was very knowledgeable and the process was seamless.

The manager Jordan was extremely professional and efficient. He diagnosed my problem quickly and had me out the door satisfied.

I went in to be added to my sisters plan and to trade in my very old and sad iPhone 7. Eric helped us out immediately, got me situated in everything I needed and all during mine and my sisters one hour lunch break. Eric was very knowledgeable about the products and had answers to all of my questions. I've never had such a great experience getting situated in a new phone and am happy to be a new ATT customer. I ended my lunch break holding a new iPhone 14, a durable case, screen protector and couldn't be happier :)

I worked first with Julianna D. to purchase 2 Apple iWatches, one for Fathers Day and the second for my son since there was. BOGO deal going on! Jules explained the subtle differences between the two, asked if I had any questions, gave me time to think it over, and did not try to push anything extra on me. I made the purchase AND she found additional discounts I was eligible for on my monthly bill!!! If I had ordered online, I’m not sure I would have gotten the discounts because I wasn’t aware of them. So glad I went into the store! After leaving, I thought of a couple questions I had not asked so I called the store to talk to Jules again. She was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!!
Later the same day I returned to make a quick exchange for a different color. Rob S. assisted me with the exchange and was also very knowledgeable and patient with my “stupid” questions.
Great experience all around!!

I dealt with William and mainly Matthew. Both were very kind and helpful, but I feel like Matthew went above and beyond. He stayed a few minutes past his shift to help me fix my service that was deactivated due to the 3G shut down. He was patient, informative and really helped coordinate and advise the customer service agent that we spoke to (Anna - who was also excellent.) I still have a slight issue and when I called Matthew to ask for help, he let me know the next steps and his schedule so I knew when I could come into the store and deal with him directly. Amazing service all around in store, I wish the store staff had the powers of customer service, AT&T would probably have a lot more happy customers! I can't recommend the staff I dealt with highly enough. :)

Let me start off by thanking Chris and Matthew Furman for the BEST customer service I haven’t experienced for a long time! After T-Mobile/Sprint treated me terribly and completely left me in the dark, both Matthew and Chris were extremely professional and patience! They took care of the issues and completely won me as a customer and because of them I‘ll be switching my family members back home to AT&T. If I had the power I would’ve given these guys raises, but two firm handshakes was all I could do. Thank you again Chris and Matthew.

While visiting from out of town, I walked in with questions regarding my phone plan and right when I walked in, Jordan helped me out immediately. First asked me where I worked and secured me a discount through my employer, then effortlessly updated my plan with no issues. I was in and out in 7 minutes, which has never happened to me. Extremely helpful and made my life so much easier.

Jules from the Plattsburgh AT&T was with me from start to finish setting up my account. She overcame a few obstacles and delivered! She is awesome and a great asset to your company. I look forward to many years as a customer and being part of the AT&T family.Thank you!

Laurie Rock was awesome with her sales professionalism. She was very eager to help out and gain a new customer! I would highly recommend her and her fabulous ways of bringing people in for awesome customer service!!! Keep up the great work Laurie!!!

MJ was amazing!! Some of the best service I’ve ever received. She was unbelievably patient and helpful. She explained everything very clearly and answered all of my questions. The time she spent going over everything with me was phenomenal. She answered my call earlier in the day and then hours later knew exactly who I was only seconds after I got to the store. MJ took the time to help me find the right phone I needed, and then took a ton of time to help me pick out the proper cases. She offered to put the screen protector on and truly took the care and time to make sure I had everything put together properly. She was friendly, kind, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend!

Chris Williams was super fantastic!! I was able to upgrade my phone with his help, he is super knowledgeable and so very friendly! He also helped choose a case for me that I LOVE because we can't go in to shop for any, so I could keep my phone safe from the SECOND I took it out. 💗 I really do ALWAYS appreciate the team at the Plattsburgh AT&T, they are always friendly and super nice! They go beyond what they have to for customer service and care about the people in the North Country! Thank you!!!

Danyel was amazing! She was able to place my husbands Military Discount on our account, update our plan to something newer and I got spoiled with a new iPhone for a wicked good deal! She was super helpful and efficient! We were in and out in a half an hour maybe less! She's going to be my new go to person when I need help with anything!

Matthew Furman is an asset to the Plattsburgh store. He was very helpful to me today. He spent a couple hours with customer service trying to get me a wireless home phone system that was suppose to be mailed to me and never was. He went over and above to take care of providing me with the system. He is an amazing employee and so are the other employees. Kudos to all of them. Pizza will be delivered to them for all their help.

i’ve been there twice and each time the workers are always the nicest people ever, each time i went it it was a rough day and it was so lovely to have kind people help me, thank you!!

Was on the fence about changing to an iphone after being an android customer for as long as I can remember. After my experience at the plattsburgh AT&T store on Smithfield blvd with their manager Danielle I have no doubt I made a good choice with the switch. Her product knowledge and service was way above and beyond. She made the experience enjoyable, also giving a great atmosphere to the store. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for great customer service. Ask for Danielle

If you go searching in this store, definitely ask for Jules. She will go out of her way to service you beyond your expectations. Promise you won't leave disappointed!

Despite the circumstances with the latest pandemic this was a very enjoyable experience and well thought out. The curbside customer service with masks was done very well and I felt like my health was being put first by the employees. Give them a raise!

Jordan was amazing and patient understood my needs and fixed my problems in my iPhone worth the hour drive
