I needed a spare key cut for my 2006 Ford escape. Perry Jessica and Ann all helped me get exactly what I needed programmed with no difficulty I highly recommend this Ace. They allowed me to bring my dog in and do a little training while I waited for my key to be cut. Great customer service !

Extremely helpful employee. I was searching for a specific brass fitting with little luck. A very helpful young woman with a good deal of persistence and knowledge helped me to locate the exact fitting I needed. The store is fortunate to have such a conscientious employee.

Ace Hardware is awesome

Great store for service. Took in my trimmer to get the right size line. Not only did they have exactly what I needed, but the sales associate installed it for me too. The Prekwinkle family founded and has operated this and other stores for decades. It has that old fashioned "General Store" vibe. The kind of personal service lacking in the big box stores. A+

Love this store. Garden supplies are great. Helpful staff. I would not try to build an entire house from supplies in this store (i.e. no lumber) but if you need caulk, paint, a funny washer for the faucet, then this is the place to go!

This location is far better than the location on Wabash. The employees are helpful and the store has everything you need. If you need a few things and don't want to walk through a huge store this is a great location. The prices are competitive with the competition.

The employees are very helpful. When you walk in the door they greet you. When you're in the aisles, they stop and ask you do you need any help. When it comes to my gardening need, I couldn't be happier. Great service, great quality store. It's my #1 stop.
