Lovely first time experience. The staff were very patient and welcoming and the space smelled SO good!

Their customer service exceeded my expectations. I don't remember the guy who helped us, all I know was that he was wearing pink today. He was very professional.

Is it ethically permissible to purchase a bottle of hand cream for over $100 in a city where children often go without health care or predictable nutrition? For me this is the fundamental question I must ask myself when I shop here. The product is lovely, the creams and lotions smell and feel terrific. I feel great when I use them and I do use and endorse them. But is there a significant difference between Aesop and products that cost a tenth of the price? I don't know the answer.

The staff at this Aesop were so helpful and accommodating. After I discovered a face lotion I was using had gluten in it, I was able to exchange it for one that was gluten free without any questions or hesitations. Would highly recommend!

Aesop is a huge treat when you really want a higher level product and customer experience. Every store is designed so thoughtfully, and the staff has a consistency of calmness and devotion to the customer.
There's nothing like these stores; enter into a pleasantly-lit store and get greeted by someone with a cup of tea for you. They diffuse their own essential oil and it smells great.
You can wash your hands to try the soaps, they'll apply the lotions to your hands for you.
I always enjoy my time shopping at Aesop, and their product never disappoints.
If I HAD to list a downside it's the price, but you get what you pay for 100%
It's worth the trip whether you intend to buy or not. My Aesop collection is always growing!

The employees really care about matching the right product to your skin, and will always give you free samples with purchase! The experience is amazing - being welcomed in, offered tea, and testing samples to find what suits you

Clean, modern, and trendy personal hygiene products mainly for your hair and face. The products all appear to be natural and high quality. I was casually browsing, but the helpful staff showed me a product for my hair that I ended up buying. I was skeptical due to the high price, but I was pleasantly surprised when he told me I could return it after using it if I wasn't satisfied. This won me over. Very cool store overall!

Pretty minimalist inside, have not seen it very crowded. Staff are attentive. Probably overpriced
