An unprofessional and lying staff! I bought a hot americano and an yogurt in the morning and realized that the yogurt was expired. So I asked the refund, and the staff did work on the pay machine and let me put my phone number for the refund. He said I would get the receipt and see the refund on my bank. HOWEVER, the receipt is a just a purchase receipt instead of the refund. And the payment was changed the full price for the coffee and yogurt!!!!

I met the manager (I think) a few weeks ago when I was going to Fed Ex For some copies. Excellent tea and super kind service. If I lived close, I’d stop by all the time.

good enough coffee, great customer service. Barista (or maybe manager , younger with blond hair?) helped make sure the coffee was okay temp and follow dietary restrictions for my MIL who is in poor health. Very kind to have someone do just a little extra during a busy rush. Great food too. will make sure to come back next time we are in the area.

I love coming here for coffee and to grab a bite to eat! The service is 10/10 and the food and drinks alway come out quickly! The place has the best atmosphere - would recommend this place to anyone in the area for sure!

Loved going here! Kevin was super awesome. I got the Morning Star vegan sandwich and Dirty Chai latte, both were so good. The other people in my group loved their orders too

I'm an airline pilot and I travel all over the US. This is the best place for bagels and coffee I've found yet. Home style bacon egg and cheese sandwich, great coffee! I'm gonna be a regular here...

Never thought I'd thoroughly enjoy a bagel not from the Northeast area but Cherry Street Coffee House proved me wrong. The bacon, egg and cheese sandwich I had was wonderful! Their coffee was also really good. If I lived in the area I could see this as a regular stop for me in the morning

All of the Cherry Street Coffees are similar in service and ambiance, but each is different and fits nicely in its neighborhood. The service is efficient and polite, the coffee consistently good and the pastries tasty and fresh. I have yet to have a bad experience, and I'm picky. I highly recommend all of the Cherry Street Coffee Cafés.

I grab a breakfast sandwich here all the time on my way into the office. The staff is always very friendly and the food and coffee are great.

Stopped in while walking through downtown. Nice staff. Great atmosphere.

Love this place! I often come here before work and get a breakfast sandwich, even though it's 2pm. The bread is always nice. The drinks are great too!

There is literally different people working here every time I come in. They always know what they're doing so im cool with that. Great coffee. Whoever does CS hiring does a good job finding interesting friendly people.

Great place for lunch and drinks, especially if you want to avoid big chains and buy local. Staff is always super friendly! Dairy free / nondairy friendly too!

All the ladies are Awesome and their so lovely too... The coffee tastes great (I just hope they get 20 FL oz soon) with their bagels too... the bread/bagels are always fresh & delicious, YUM... 🙌Way to go Awesome ladies having such a wonderful atsomphere, awesome customer service and two thumbs up👍👍
