The person who helped us get our new phones was named Sky Blue. He was very helpful and saved us money on our bill. He even put our phone cases on for us. 5 stars for him! Hope they are paying him well because he deserves a raise!

My husband and I went to the Parkville store today to purchase new iPhones. Our Sales Consultant, Brittani Hatley, spent quite a bit of time explaining the differences between phones and plans. She never made us feel we were taking too much of her time, although I know we were there for quite some time. She was "no pressure" but we did wind up purchasing a couple of extra items for our new phones. The store is clean and neat and had comfortable seating. We recommend anyone in the KC northland area to check out this Verizon store.

I went into the store today, and Donyae was amazing!! He helped get my phone working again, and he noticed that I was paying too much for my plan. Not only is my phone working great, but he saved me 20 dollars per month. He is a very kind, smart, and helpful person!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Dawn is amazing. Great customer service skills. She got me into a new phone and accessories. Then 2 weeks later, I lost it. In a panic I went to the store. Dawn and Tommy helped me track it down. I am forever grateful.

I would like to thank Matthew Ulmer for helping me to get my prepaid phone unlocked. Although we did not get it accomplished, Matthew really went to bat for me 100%. He called Verizon techs, was more patient than I ever would have been, and worked on trying to accomplish a great outcome. Thank you Matthew.
Ben and the lady from St Joseph, were also very helpful thru this phone expierence, I am grateful for these folks. They really went above and beyond. They should all be proud of their professionalism and hard work.

I brought my old phone in the morning after it left me stranded at the airport. Chris immediately got it working again and listed my options for keeping or replacing it. No sales pressure whatsoever-just a tech- knowledgeable guy helping a customer sort things out. I left there with a better phone and a much better streaming plan for practically the same cost as my current monthly bill. I didn't expect that! Chris got me set up and synched everything while I ran some errands. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

best experience i’ve had at a tech store, i went with a friend who was having trouble with his phone and an employee named Alexis ended up staying over an hour after the store closed to resolve our problem and was SO kind to us the entire time.

Perry helped me get my plan switched over and a new phone and I’m so happy with his work! He was attentive, kind, funny and not hard on the eyes! If I ever have any issues with my service, I’ll be sure to go to him again.

Dillon was an outstanding help to me as a new customer coming from another carrier. I had some issues on my new iPhone and he was relentless in helping me get it resolved, over a period of a few days. Super helpful and kind; I’m so glad I stopped in at this location!

Valor helped me and my family get switched over from T-Mobile. He helped us get the best deal on the phones and took the time to explain everything we needed to know. The store closes at 7 and we were there for quite a bit after completing the transfer of data from phones and he never seemed rushed or annoyed by it. He was an pleasure to deal with.

After 5 hours on phone and chat yesterday with Verizon trying to establish my own line after being a customer for almost 20 years I was ready to give up on Verizon. So I headed to the Parkville store for my second time and this time I was lucky to meet Lou! He was so friendly and helpful. He had my service reactivated and phone working right away. Thanks Lou.

My phone wasn’t charging anymore and I was worried the battery might be going bad. Thomas and Kaylee diagnosed the problem as dirt in the charging port, and they cleaned it out for me free of charge. Come here for employees you can trust.

Brandon was so patient setting up my new phone and transferring my old device to my daughters account. It definitely took some figuring out but everything works now. Thank you!

Alexis fixed my e-mail cell phone problem lickity split! She was awesome! So quick, friendly, knowledgeable and kind. I have been to this store multiple times and was helped by Chris. Chris is AWESOME! He’s courteous, knowledgeable and down to earth. I appreciate how the staff at this store are friendly, smart and kind! Thank you!!!

Thanks so much to Alexis Bannister for all her effort with my Dad’s very difficult new phone setup and backup restoration. His phone was overheating which interfered with both the network connection and the Bluetooth function. She stayed two hours late to finish. We really appreciate her time and attention. Matthew was the consummate professional during my transaction with him to get my son onto our phone plan, and even get him a new phone. He really cares about not only about the customers, but how they feel when they are leaving. Really fun gentleman to talk to, very nice and upbeat. Brittani Hatley rocks !!!! She did a fabulous job helping me & I was pretty demanding. I didn't like the first phone that I switched to so 1 week later she tracked down a different phone & she cheerfully swapped me to Samsung Note 10, which I really like! She helped me pick a couple nice accessories, traded in some old phones I brought in, & recommended I try the Samsung Switch app (which is awesome). She wasn't pushy, she was patient, listened to what I wanted, and exceeded expectations in every way. Good job Brittani! This type of service is why I'm a Verizon customer.

Mr. Bryan Denison helped me into the next level cell phones! I wound up with a I Phone 13 Pro Max I am extremely happy with it as well as the dedication to the product and passion for customer satisfaction!!
