Great little place, very friendly and relaxed vibes. If you like vintage pinball then this place is for you. If
You need to pick up some extra dice for your next tabletop session these guys have ‘em.
Good coffee, vegan and gluten-free cookies on the counter. Open late on a weekday which is a rarity.
Bring some friends and get a free game rental when you buy some beers.
Wish Portland still had places like this, support it and keep it alive. 🤓

Been running a weekly board game night here for about a year. Their bench tables are big enough for games like Scythe or ROOT, but I would call and make a reservation if you plan on having 6+ people. Their smaller tables work for Codenames, Splendor, or similarly light 2-4 player games.

Selection of games is fine, we always bring our own copies so not much to say on that.

Staff is always chill. Easy to converse with and you never feel like you’re bothering them.

Food is limited to panini press type stuff, but drinks are solid and there’s plenty of non-alcoholic options for those not interested in beer or wine.

Pinball machines always seem to be working, but that’s not really why we go.

Overall strongly recommend for board game + TTRPG groups.

Great assortment of pinball games, beer, coffee, gluten free cookies and a really nice guy behind the counter. Free game rental with food or drink purchase. There are also comics and games for sale. Mellow hangout spot open later, enjoyed my americano with smooth espresso.

As a geek, I loved it! There were large gaming tables where you could sit and play a game you brought or one you'd just bought there. They have drinks and snacks that you can order, although they're not inexpensive. They have pinball machines, which made my husband extremely happy, while I had a blast on Ms Pacman. And the customer service was great.

Nice atmosphere and good service! A small food menu and snacks as well as beer are available. There are games you can borrow and also some to buy. They have monitors on the walls that play fun SCIFI and fantasy movies with the sound off(e.g. Dune, Blade, etc) as well as a wall of pinball games.

To use a table for gaming requires the table order a minimum of $20 which is really really cheap considering you can stay quite a while.

I don't know how they stay in business with this model but I'm really glad they're there. I hope they stick around because it's nice to have a place to go on the Hill that isn't a loud bar or show space.

What a great place to go play games with friends while having some drinks! Or show up without knowing anyone (like I did) for one of their community nights. I was so excited to find people playing Food Chain Magnate, one of my favorite games. Great way to meet new people with similar interests. The name has changed to Ray Gun Lounge.

I go here for Modern Magic Night on Wednesdays and it's always super relaxed and fun. The staff is great, as is the atmosphere. So, it's a great place to chill and play games when you're not in the mood for competitive play.

The shop looks great: plenty of space, great decoration and really nice industrial interior. Eric Logan was attentive and funny and we left the shop with a big smile on our faces.

If we get back to Seattle we will definitely visit his shop again.

Really cool, old school place, didnt have the selection of unpainted minis *i wanted*, but still had some, and some really nice hand painted ones, plus old school pin ball machines! I did pick up a nice Beholder and the clerk was very polite!

This place is awesome. The owner helped me and my girlfriend pick out a boardgame and we are having a blast! Definitely check this place out, we plan on going back for Hearthstone and to get our ass kicked at catan!

Raygun is on the social end of the game shop spectrum with most of the space dedicated to long community tables. Mixing table top gaming with an arcade atmosphere is something I'm into and haven't seen done before. DM snuffed your PC? Hit the pinball! They don't have an in depth offering of purchasable game equipment but they've got your basics: dice loose/sets, magic cards and land station, playmats, and a single bookshelf of "greatest hits" style games. Protip... If you're picking up dice you're likely to get hooked up with an upcycled Crown Royal dice bag 🤣 the benefits of being a bar and game haunt!

You can always find friendly people working and gathering here. They do a great job with their limited space. Eric and his crew never let me down with recommendations.

You can play all sorts of board games for free, arcade games, food, and drinks. Good hang out spot. I'd recommend checking out the calendar as they have weekly events that are super cool

The current incarnation of this space is relaxed, chill, and has a fun vibe. Play traditional arcade games, or use the giant tables to game or hang with friends. Looking forward to coming in weekly for a writer's group that meets in the space.

Great selection of games. Ideal to grab some wifi, enjoy some hearthstone, and grab a beer. Food is ok but they take requests.

Mix of board games and a cafe. You can get lunch here, and checkout a board game to play while you do. They also have beer.
