Very happy with the delivery, service and product I ordered from Destee-Nation in Fremont. The guys working the shop were very nice and helpful and they were able to get a last minute order shipped to another state and got it there before Christmas! Thank you Destee-Nation, for the Elephant Car Wash shirt and prompt delivery. It was a huge hit for xmas! Thank you for getting it there on time!

Sounds like online ordering can be problematic for non locals by reviews below, but the in person experience is great. Cool shirts and they are LONG which makes them my 6’4 brother’s favorites.

These guys are great! Got some awesome stuff to take back home! Just know that the hours are 11-6 Tuesday through Saturday, 11-530 Sunday, and they are closed Monday. Get it together Google maps!

Awesome guys selling awesome shirts! My go to for some throwback old school Seattle shwag.

My partner dropped off my hat with them over three weeks ago to have a decal put on it as a birthday gift to me. She left them her name and phone number to call when it was ready for pick up, however they have never reached out. I tried calling during their posted store hours, but only get the voicemail. At this point they have stolen my hat, and received a one star review. I strongly suggest shopping elsewhere. Quite disappointing...

Girlfriend got me cool Hendrix Sonics t-shirt on line but It's too small and want to exchange it.
Have left 4 voicemails and an email as of today and no reply.

Now 4 months later and still nothing. What a great little company!!

I ordered four shirts over 5 weeks ago and nothing has arrived. Also, they stopped responding to my emails. Time to contact the FTC to pursue theft and wire fraud charges.

My Battle With Desteenation to Get A KEXP Tshirt

On or around July 15th I placed an order on the Desteenation website for a KEXP tshirt. The money was taken out of my bank account.

As the days went by I began leaving messages and emails inquiring as to when I would recieve my shirt.

Around August 15 (more than 30 days after the initial order) I left a negative yelp review basically saying that they took my money, never sent me the shirt, and they won't return my messages.

The next day someone from Desteenation called me directly. They seemed really concerned about the Yelp review. They insisted on refunding my money and sending me a complimentary KEXP tshirt. I told them that they could keep the money...I just really wanted the shirt. Again they insisted on the full refund and the free shirt.

About a day or so later the original 33 dollars went back into my account.

About ten days went buy and I still hadn't received the tshirt. They had given me email address where they assured me I would reach a person. I used it to inquiry as to when I would receive the KEXP tshirt. That day someone got back to me and said I would receive the tshirt in a few days.

A week went buy. Nothing came.

Today I sent an email and have not heard back.

I just want a KEXP tshirt. Please guys.

The REALLY RIDICULOUS thing here is that as far as I can tell, this seems to be the only place to get a KEXP tshirt online. What is KEXP thinking? Why license your stuff to an unreliable online retailer ? Uggg so so frustrating...

What a scam.... 4 months and they can't deliver my order and have ignored several emails asking for a ship date or a refund.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
Took my money twice, things never arrived and they said they would give me a refund then didn't.

I have tried to come here within their listed business hours 4 times. Each time they were closed. Super frustrating.
