Everybody at the store was super helpful and knowledgeable! They even let me know about promotions I hadn’t seen, that got me a brand new Apple Watch with my new phone! Absolutely five star staff.

Joel was amazing today! He helped through every step of the process. He educated us on so much, made the process very quick, and gave amazing customer service! We are so thankful for him and all he did for us today! We will be coming back to see him for an other purchases and/or upgrades we have! Thanks Joel!!

My husband and I worked with Shay Dean who was quite helpful and knowledgeable. We both needed new phones, to merge accounts switching from ATT, adding in a new watch line and numerous other changes. Shay was very methodical to make sure we got the best prices and deals, and made sure everything was working before we left. I highly recommend working with her and this store to get the best deals and equipment.

Came in on Saturday because my screen went white. Right away Azabeth was able to help me order a new phone. I had to come in again today on Sunday and Shay was absolutely amazing with helping me get my service on a different device and fixed other technical needs. They definitely have the best customer service and I highly recommend coming and seeing these girl.

Joel helped us today with buying the iPhone 15. He extremely knowledgeable with all products in the store. He even reviewed our account and was able to lower our monthly bill.

Came in with problems with my phone ended up upgrading to a new phone. Rayan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He also offered great information about a better plan and we upgraded out plan as well. Walked out of there very happy and definitely will do all of my business ar this location with Rayan in the future.

I came into this location because I wanted to hear what options they have for changing phone providers and Rayan helped me switch to Verizon and get a new Iphone 15! I was in and out with no hassle! I hate changing providers because it’s such a hassle but Rayan made it easy and stress free! He also hooked me up with a screen protector as well as a phone case, and there was a lot to choose from! Thank you Rayan for the amazing service and getting me switched over!

Went to the Frisco, TX Verizon on Preston Rd by Walmart to fix an issue with my iPhone. Met a great store salesperson named Rayan who was personable, professional and knowledgeable. He will be my Verizon go to from here on out. I found him very informative and direct in a good way when Verizon is famously vague and indirect. He was clear with all the charges and all the accessories I needed. He even helped my daughter in CA from the store in Frisco, TX after the salesperson in CA messed up her transaction like a wrecking ball. Rayan straightened it all out and got us up and running. Thank you Rayan.
