I have not had a bad experience! Not once and i've been going to this shop for over three years. They're really good at making sure that they higher on amazing people with wonderful customer service skills and all of them are extremely knowledgeable about marijuana. If you tell them what you're looking for then they're more than happy to help and even make suggestions and their suggestions are always fire! Not only is it just a wonderful atmosphere, but they really do have the best prices on marijuana. I constantly recommend locals and I forever will recommend locals. I will always wear my locals gear to spread the word.Thank you for being a part of the fam!

This is my favorite new store to frequent. I drive an hour to get there and I will tell you why. The customer service is hands down the BEST!! Prices are pretty competitive. The last 2 times a dark haired girl made my whole day, she was very knowledgeable and so helpful. She really went above and beyond to find exactly what I wanted. I finally asked her name and she said it was Shaeyna. I will definitely be back as long as the employees remain stellar!!

Locals has become my fav dispo since moving to WA!! The staff is always so friendly and the deals are awesome! Never been disappointed by any product bought here either! I do feel bad though for our bud tenders when we have a larger order and their arms are stuffed full. Maybe they need little baskets or something 🤔 But regardless love Locals!

Oh man, the service is great here. Prices are reasonable as well. Asked for sleep and pain. They were eager to help with quite a few options available. Always a pleasure.

Only place i.ll go for bud. Only place that hasn't sold me burnt rubber tasting weed yet. Always quality even their cheap bud. I love using my points in their coffee glass house too!

I went in right after my 21st birthday and they were absolutely incredible. The women who helped me were funny, kind, and very knowledgeable. Will absolutely keep going here.

I love locals, they consistently have the best deals and the nicest employees. I love being able to use my points in the culture house as well.

The staff is friendly and inviting. They are also very knowledgeable about their products. They have great prices, a discounts section if you're on a budget and a great variety to choose from.

It's become my favorite place to find all of my THC products.

Always friendly and have everything for the one hit wonders to the hourly smokers. I personally recommend Thunder Chiefs flower here. It's the best I've tried there and I've tried a lot.

I donate plasma, twice a week, across the street, so initially, I went here because it was convenient. I've been going since they were in the smaller location in the same building. Most of my years have been spent going to "a guy", so I always just took whatever type they claimed it was. Now, I'm a kid in a candy store. Lol I was not very informed on all the brand's and strains available, but I am now. I have been to at least 3 other local shops, like apex. And I always seem to regret not coming here 1st. Almost every employee I've talked with, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and in 3 years I've only been disappointed with 1 recommendation. Which is a good average. And the variety was awesome, and I frequently get really good deals here. I don't know where these other reviews have been shopping if they think Locals is pricey. That's not my experience.

Came in around 4:30 or so today line was wrapped around the store. Long wait, but my budtender mae was very knowledgeable and didn’t rush me out despite the line. I’ll come back just for the service I received from this visit. They are doing something right with their employees I’ve never felt so welcome anywhere while so busy. Peace and love ✌🏼

I LOVE this store! Best in spokane. Budtenders are friendly, good selection of oil, edibles, and bud, really good prices, an awesome atmosphere just all around amazing you can get all your weed needs and accessories in one place!

They're super knowledgeable! Most of the time they're nice! It's nice to walk in and see the same faces. Most of the time your budtender has tried the product in which you're discussing so it's nice.
