I stumbled on this place right in the U-city district in Spokane Valley and had a great experience with the owner and his work team. They have a little bit of everything you could possibly need and the aisles were nice and wide and items were arranged in an organized fashion. Definitely come here and take a look for anything you need at a bargain value!

Cheaper by the minute is one of my favorite go to stores when I’m looking for something for my home! I have purchased a couch, storage containers, a cat tree, dishes, a great vacuum and many other things. They always have great prices and the store is clean and organized. The employees are always very welcoming and Dylan and Cameron are very helpful. The owner Shawn is very nice and helpful as well. I recommend this store to anyone I know! Keep up the great work!

Savannah and Dylan provided me with excellent customer service! They were both attentive and went the extra mile. There was another sales rep who was helpful, but I didn’t get his name. He was working on 10/7/23 as well. It was my first time at the store and I will return because of the friendly and helpful staff. Savannah is a very hard worker! Well done!

Bought a refrigerator, had a problem with the temperature, the owner and his team were amazing! They honored their agreement and I had a brand new refrigerator delivered at no extra charge! Great place will absolutely be doing my shopping there more often!! Thank you so much!!

I stumbled across this place just by chance, but I was super impressed! Despite being a stratch-and-dent/overstock store, most of the furniture I looked at did not have any noticeable or discernible damage. I purchased a desk, which has served me quite well so far, and I was really impressed by the staff's flexibility and *speed* with delivery. They genuinely wanted to work around my schedule and needs, and I deeply appreciated it. Highly recommended if you're looking for furniture, small appliances, or random knick-knacks and love a decent price reduction!

Botique reseller of big box wholesale returns and surplus. Great selection of cosmetics, linens, hard & soft goods, occasional appliances, electronics & furniture. Classier and less cluttered than the competition. Inventory and variety changes frequently.

My fiance and I love going here. We just got a new place and this is the first store I thought to go when looking for looking for new furniture, appliances, and other house necessities. The owner is always working, remembers his customers and is so helpful. He is also very knowledgeable about the products he sells and will test them if he can right in front of you! He even gave us a flood light camera as a house warming present when we visited today! It had no box or instructions, so he showed me how to get it working and sent us on our way! Very cool guy with a very nice store! Love going here!🤘🏼

I cannot say enough good things about this store & more importantly the people who run it. I have bought multiple items from this store including a sectional couch, Dyson vacuum, storage containers, rugs and more. If I had purchased those items anywhere else I would have spent hundreds if not thousands more. Dylan & Cameron specifically are always accommodating & helpful when I come in. When buying the couch, Dylan stayed a bit late so I was able to get a truck big enough to get the couch moved and even helped me load it up. Cameron has been extremely helpful in finding me exactly what I need & always recommends the best deals I otherwise wouldn’t have noticed myself! This store is clean, organized & most importantly cheap! Love this store & love the employees!

This happens to be my new FAVORITE discount store! They have so many products - returns from stores, discontinued items, etc. - and the prices are surprising when you use the website calculator to determine what additional percentage can be taken off the item at checkout. The staff at this store are very down to earth, helpful and knowledgeable about items - excellent customer service, not only with me but with other customers that I observed. My only issue was how I had to look up the additional discount by the date of the item to tell the cashier what the percent off was - the website program is just not as user friendly as it should be (just being able to at least type in the date) and honestly, when letting the cashier the discount it becomes overwhelming trying to keep track of everything to make sure the discount is accurate. A new software system is desperately needed to help customers and help the cashier in calculating extra percentages off. Otherwise, I was pleased with the cleanliness and order of the store and the way I was treated by staff from the time I walked in to the time I left - great people at this store and YES, I will be shopping there again and again! Thank you!

Great customer service, very friendly. The place was clean even though they were recognizing the isles. I would definitely recommend it.
