I was surprised to find this place was open. They had exactly what I needed.

Overall a Great Team! I'll gladly pay more any day for a better product and they'll do their best to price match local competitors. Like everyone, they have good days & bad and can't always be perfect. They know a lot but can't possibly know everything but will find the answer if possible. I can definitely see why customers are loyal to Napa and that store specifically.

Helpful and quick clean store with sale items in center and endcaps. I was able to find the special tool needed for a Fair price.

These guys have exceptional customer service and they even installed my windshield wipers. I was having trouble getting my oil cap off and they took the time to come out and take a look to see why. This is a really good auto parts store. Prices are exceptional compared to other auto parts stores

I went into Napa last evening. A gentleman was diligently mopping. He greeted me and allowed me to shop. A few minutes later he realized I wasn't finding what I came in for. He offered to help, he took me right to the fix a flat. He inquired further about the type of vehicle tire I was fixing. When I got to the counter he asked me if I belong to a few groups that offered a discount and then rang up my items. He offered me tips as to use this product correctly then thanked me for my business. It is not often that I enter an establishment where I see people working hard with a good attitude and happy to do their job in serving others. TJ Emp 31 I appreciate you.

I am incredibly impressed by the management and the staff at this Napa location. I've gone to many Napa's in my life and this one was by far the most courteous and helpful :-) thank you for what you do :-) I think I have to drive past 4 Napa's to get to your location but it is worth it :-)

NAPA was very nice and replaced my license plate frames for me. It was freezing outside. Doing this was outside of this person's work obligation. Very much appreciated.

Great service - very clean and uncluttered store. Military discount was very nice. Offered without asking due to my Navy hat.
