I have had great customer service experiences recently both in this Sherwin Williams store and over the phone. Staff is always friendly, prompt, and helpful. Even though the paint is pricey, we have been able to take advantage of their sales, and I've been given additional coupons/discounts when they have them available. I've been happy with the colors and paint product as well, seems to be good stuff!

The small extra cost for high quality Sherwin-Williams paint is well worth it, in my experience. Be sure to ask about their discounts to see if you qualify. I learned this the hard way by trying to go cheap and ending up with a substandard looking paint job.

A paint specific store that can answer any question about which paint is best suited to your project. You just don't get that in the big box stores. Competitive pricing too.

In getting a new paint color & luster, I was directed to the correct products, given lots of positive advise and ALWAYS meet with a friendly helpful Associate. I appreciate everyone there with a mask on. My mask is on during my time in the store. Their mask is on the mostly the entire day. I know how uncomfortable that can be a REALLY appreciate that!!!

The service person was knowledgeable and efficient. He answered all of our questions and quickly prepared the paint order. The prices was in line with lesser paints from the big box stores.

Nick was very helpful and friendly. We brought in paint that was purchased from Sherwin Williams at least 6 yrs ago and he assessed the paints usability and stirred it for us. Very happy with our experience.

Amber was beyond amazing and helpful. She helped me pick out the perfect color, the perfect paint base and gave me some great tips. Definitely an A+ employee who goes above and beyond and does so with a smile!

This was my first time using Sherwin Williams paint and I cannot praise it enough. The gal who helped me was very knowledgeable and kept mixing the paint until she got the color correct. She even knew what color to add in to get closer to the color we wanted. And when I used the paint, it covered great and used less paint then expected. Everyone loves how my house looks and I tell them it was the Sherwin Williams paint.

Service is wonderful! I always know that I will get the quality of supplies that I want at S-W. Associate Ryan was polite and knowledgeable. I couldn't have made the right purchase without him.

They have a quality product, pretty much the best I've ever used, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I definitely appreciate the positive attitude of Sherwin employees.

Paint at the big box stores don't live up to the hype. I've tried all brands of paint from the other stores, and find myself mad that I spent the money on the other brands. Pay the little extra money and get the good quality paint.
