The manager n staff are always so friendly! I did have an issue with one employee and the manager took care of it very quickly. The store is always clean n the employees are warm n welcoming

I shop here frequently especially for my kids. The majority of the time if I'm getting my kids' shoes then I'm getting them from here. Sure some of their shoes can be pricy but they have a large selection of many shoes. Also, everytime I want here the customer service has always been solid so no complaints in that department either. Great location for this store with it being located inside of the Cheyenne Frontier Mall.

I spent a half hour at Dillards today, with a $150 pair of dress shoes in my hand, trying and begging to find someone to help me. No exaggeration. It was pathetic.

I gave up, and walked into Shoe Carnival, where a friendly employee rushed to the door to open it for me. The Assistant Manager greeted me geniunely and enthusiastically. As I browsed the store, friendly and happy people made eye contact, said hello, and offered to help me. The vibe was awesome and people seemed genuinely happy to be there!

I spent under $50 on a pair of dress shoes that look better than the dusty leather at Dillards. You have a good crew in this location, Shoe Carnival. Especially that Assistant Manager. I spoke with her for a few minutes and she was professional, present with me, and made sure to refer me to review her store online - which is why I'm here!

I'll be back every time I need new shoes!

I just took my kids here for new school shoes yesterday and we had a great experience. They had lots of great sales going on including clearance sales. My son has been over the moon about his new pair of gamer themed Vans and both of my girls like their Sketchers. My 4 year old daughter was a bit disappointed that they were out of the Paw Patrol tennis shoes she wanted in her size but once she saw the Sketchers Twinkle Toes, with sparkles that light up, she was sold. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Not only did we receive the clearance prices on name-brand shoes but we also received an additional $12 in discounts. 10/10 recommend.

Good prices and one of the few places you can find wide width sizes in town had to order my boots 13 triple E, Tennis shoes 13 triple E and in stock fair prices very happy 😊

The young lady that waited on me was very pleasant and helpful. She was very accommodating and kind. My first time ever going to Shoe Carnival. It's hard for me to walk and that was quite a hike for me - but her patience and kindness was well worth it. I will be come back and make Shoe Carnival the store for me and my family.

Great selection of shoes, good prices and plenty of name brands to choose from. Customer service was on point from several members from the point we walked in til we checked out. Will come back again.

Had to exchange some shoes that were a bit too big. The staff was very courteous and helpful. I also purchased some slippers while I was there. Thumbs up!
