Boot Barn

There to purchase boots for my granddaughters birthday. Great selection and the staff was friendly and helpful. Plus they give military and veterans discount which I am.

As I was walking in, a beautiful sales girl was right there assist me with answers to all my questions. She was extremely helpful and absolutely knew what she was talking about. If I'd have had more money, she could've talked me into buying the whole store. I walked out with a new pair of Cody James work boots, a set of insoles and a new Carhartt Hat. I'll be in Cheyenne for most the year, I'm sure I'll be back in to buy more apparel. She deserves a raise for her excellent approach, and how she netted the sales. Thank you again, I look fwd to doing more business with you!!!

Went in for a cowgirl hat. The stores manager was patient with me, and understood and found a option I wasn't eyeing, but I went ahead and tried his option and Wow! I bought the hat and he shaped it perfectly for me. Was a great visit. My 1st time in a year ago was not good at all. But I read they had hats for ladies. Figured it was worth a second try, and I am glad I tried the store again! Looking forward to future clothes shopping and hopes ladies sizes will be available.

The customer service was fantastic. The manager was very kind.we buy my husband's work boots there twice a year, always!

Building is easy to get to and navigate. Floor is kinda crowded, could be gearing up for Christmas season. Slightly pricey, but not out of line with other western retailers. Customer service is top notch. Manager and floor staff very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Staff are very nice I ran into one who needs to be spoken to but besides her great service and selection of boots!

Alex took the time to give honest advice based on my personal needs. This is a business that wants to do right by you instead of just making a sale.

Yesterday, I was in your store for FR pants. Two things stuck out with my experience. First your employee Justin, was extremely helpful with my selection. He had knowledge of the cut and style for my body type. Second the selection of Women's FR clothing was about four times larger than the store I have shopped at for seven years. I believe I have a new favorite. Thanks for the excellent service, I'll be back and I'll bring friends.

It's been my go-to place for boots and shirts since I got to town. Great selections of both. Staff will do all they can to find what you're looking for if it's not in stock. Friendly, helpful group of folks.

Hannah was so helpful in helping me make sure my boots fit properly, giving me advice on how to care for them and then helping me pick out a couple of super cute tops! I'll be back. Everybody was friendly and helpful! The store was clean

I took a pair of boots that I bought a month ago back and they exchanged them for me for a better pair because they didn’t have the same boots in stock and the pair I wanted was $85 more than the original pair, Justin and Colton helped me out and payed the difference for me and now I’m rocking with a new pair of Muck’s!

I love the boot barns across the country. The Cody James double palmed gloves are the best Barb wire fence gloves in this world. I literally bought the entire store out in bend Oregon.. they called Elko NV and held all theirs for me and I was there the next day to pick them up. Flew out to Wyoming for the brother's wedding and at the barn again.. new clothes hats ect.

All the salespeople were incredibly helpful and nice. They have a large selection of women's work boots, which are difficult to find. If you're in the area this is the place to go.
