The service by AJ Miller was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, its amenities, the company, and the selling process. I was impressed when I arrived because the paperwork as well as the car were ready to test drive and purchase without hassle. The manager ensured that my experience was satisfactory during and after the purchase. I drove up from Denver because the vehicle in stock was exactly what I was looking for. The trade-in value for my car was fair and able to be taken off my hands when the new car was purchased. My new 2023 Kia Forte is the best, having all the amenities for safe driving and a luxurous experience. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for a sweet deal and excellent customer service.

Mark was awesome! He helped us with every question we had and made sure we were taken care of. He did everything he could to sell us on our new car without being pushy. This was our 3rd car purchased from a dealership, but the other 2 experiences were very pushy and felt like we had to buy a car. That was not the case with Kia, we said yes because we knew we were getting a deal we couldn’t pass up because of how great we were treated!

I am amazed at how easy and stress free this purchase was. Mark was really helpful right from the start to turning over the keys to me and going over the instrument panel showing me how everything in my Kia Soul worked. I had my first experience with Kia Cheyenne, and it definitely won't be my last. This is my 4th lifetime Kia vehicle, and I've worked with multiple other dealerships in Colorado.
Without going into any negative, let me tell you what you'll love about Cheyenne Kia.
Honesty - they won't tell you that the miles decrease your value on a lease, when it doesn't matter for a trade in.
Value - they work hard to find you the best deal at your price range.
Kindness & friendliness - John Reynolds and Ed Petersen were both kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I felt valued and was treated respectfully. They have over 30 years of honest reputations
It's worth the 40 min drive from Fort Collins. You'd probably drive that anyway, just going anywhere in Northern Colorado!
The other thing that makes it worth it, is check out the "dealer fees" also known as "doc" fees. Watch for other hidden charges. You'll save about $200 just with their flat rate.. no hidden surprises

Went in for a brake light bulb and they noticed the other bulb was about to go out and asked if I wanted to have them replace that too and I had them do that. The men were all very nice and kept me informed of what they were doing . They also washed my car and made it look like new. Great experience and popcorn while I waited.

This is now my third purchase here at Kia of Cheyenne! Ed Jones was absolutely excellent and kept me up to date on the car I was trying to get in.
Other Ed walked us through all the different features on the car and made sure I was happy with all the settings. And I can’t forget John, he processed my paper work and got me right out the door!

Cheyenne of Kia is excellent and makes sure everything gets handled properly. So thankful for the Kia warranty to cover the repairs as well. Makes Kia vehicles more worth purchasing than other brands that cut off their warranties before any issues would normally pop up. Will was excellent and kept me updated while they worked on my vehicle and what they were working on at each point in time.

These guys are truly top tier! What an outstanding set of guys and gals in the service department. Prompt updates , friendly services, SOLID work. There was a time I drove to foco for just an oil change … bless my heart lol. My Dash is on the road again driving like new. Special thanks to Marty!

I had my eye on a vehicle that was there for a little while and finally went to take a look. My husband and I worked with Ed Peterson and John. They were both wonderful people to work with. They made the trade and purchase super easy, even for someone with little experience and it was quick and painless. We even had a cranky one year old that they gave us a cookie and a calculator to keep her entertained and it worked! They were so nice about her running around being crazy when we looked away for a second which took some pressure off too. Definitely good people at KIA. I hate going to dealerships, I hate being pressured, I hate being bugged about buying a vehicle. At no point did the guys here do any of that. They were very helpful and patient. We came in twice and both times they were informative. They were also very good to my little ones. I have nothing bad to say and I’m sure we’ll be buying from them again in the future.

Kia of Cheyenne catered to my wants and needs when picking out a car. Helpful with answering all my questions. Stayed late to make sure all my paperwork was completed and to make sure I knew all the features of my new car. Took the time to listen to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I wanted between figures and my new car wants.

Kia went above and beyond for me to work out issues with my 2009 Nissan Altima. I bought it old, used, with no warranty, but Kia worked with me a ton to make sure the car ran and multiple small issues were fixed. Months after purchase they were still fixing things for me. They even towed the car at no cost to me. Communication however would be rated a 1 star. Through out all the service they did for me there was a major lack of communication. At one point I left multiple messages for days in a row without hearing for them, but all in all they really stood behind an old higher milage used car they sold me. Thankfully it is an additional car for me and not my daily driver so I wasn’t in a bind waiting on service.

Marc went above and beyond in offering world class service. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new car to work with him at Kia of Cheyenne.
