This was truly a fantastic experience. Our salesman Dru was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He walked us through the whole process and was very friendly and polite. He was by our side the entire time. He was very easy to work with and brought crayons and coloring pages for our little one. The finance person Terrance was also very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. helped walked us through everything. During the signing process the sales manager (unfortunately I do not remember his name) brought more coloring pages and crayons out for our little one and helped entertain her during the signing process. They were a great friendly team that stayed late for us and were in good spirits the entire time. I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle from them!!

I've been kicking around this world for almost 75 years and I've owned too many cars to count. In my experience Stephen Brown is one of the best car salesmen I have ever worked with. He simply does everything perfectly. Improvement recommendations, none. He simply needs to keep doing what he is doing! It is a pleasure working with him and I know if I have any questions about my new Grand Cherokee he will not only answer the question, he will show me how.

Amazing service! You know that feeling when you’re an hour and a half into a two hour drive to go and pick up your shiny new truck and you realise you left your check book at home? In the snow? That’s when a true 5 star dealership comes through and makes a plan to get you home in your new truck without fuss. Kinzor dealt with my deal from the back and forth of the initial design and order, through all the questions during the build and getting everything sorted for a flawless delivery. Truly a way above what I’ve come to expect from an auto dealership, excellent team work from sales, management and finance saw me feeling cared for and more important than just my money. I will definitely be buying from them again.

We are full time travelers. Since we were passing thru and stopping in Cheyenne Wy we called by chance hoping we could get our truck in for fuel filter change and service. We spoke to Ally on the phone and she is the sweetest. She scheduled us right away knowing we had a very small opportunity to get the truck in. Without a fuel filter change on a 6.7 L diesel you could be reduced to 5 miles per gallon or engine damage. Our truck pulls our home. I recommend this dealership and if you need your dodge serviced they were top notch. The mechanic even parked my truck right by the door for us. I also noticed a great selection of dodge trucks for sale. Thanks to Cowboy Dodge and thank you Ally for your kindness.

The battery was really pricey but the staff was great. I would choose Cowboy Chrysler Dodge over Johnson motors in Laramie Wyoming. Better attitudes, better service, honesty and overall better service than Laramie Johnson motors.

My trade in that I had arranged broke down on the way. Overheated I think it was the water pump that had gone out but it shut the car off and would not restart. We were still an hour from getting to Cowboys but the sent someone out that took us home first and then we returned the next day after they had went and recovered the trade in and put us in our new Jeep.

Junior Martinez was great to work with, a true professional. I’m sure the other salespeople at Cowboy Dodge are easy to work with, but if a friend or family member were in the market for a vehicle, I will recommend him.
