Our entire experience was amazing! It was also our first. The food was delicious, full of flavor and didn't take long. The manager came up and asked how it was going and how our food was. Good food is one thing but great customer service is something that can't be bought! We will definitely be returning!

I have been craving texas roadhouse for a long time. Rattlesnake bikes did not disappoint very spicy. They are so good. Also for appetizer I got killer ribs were so meeting fall off the bone good. Service and drinks for excellent.

My friend and I went for lunch. She had the salad with chicken strips and I had the steak salad. Excellent! The steak was perfectly cooked and extremely tender. It was a crispy, fresh green salad with blue cheese dressing and croutons. Service was attentive and friendly. Sometimes the noise level at dinner time is pretty high. The lunch atmosphere is much better, in my opinion.

Insane and surreal how good the food and the service was. The steak was medium rare on point and so juicy. Amazing bread, loaded baked potatoes... A man can dream.. and for a fair price point in relation what you get?Highly recommended.

I love this place. I have never had any issues with the food. The staff is friendly and helpful. It can be a bit loud, especially if there are a lot of birthdays that night. But at the same time you must be doing something right if this is the place so many people choose to go to celebrate. If you want good steak at a reasonable price, this is definitely the place to go.

Last time I went I ordered the Steak Ka-bobs which is one of the cheaper menu items. It was perfect. the meat was tender and flavorful, The rice was tender and perfectly seasoned. I really cannot complain about any part of our experience.

Went to Texas Roadhouse for dinner for the first time at the Cheyenne location last Saturday. Knowing how busy this chain restaurant can get, we went a bit before the dinner rush and got seated right away. From the time we entered the restaurant to the time we left the service was absolutely outstanding! The staff was attentive and friendly. We even had a floor manager come up after service to check how everything was, which in my opinion shows that they care about customer's experience, which is a very nice touch! As for the food, we've been to a bunch of different Texas Roadhouses in different states and rarely had a bad experience in general but this visit by far was one of my favorite. The food came out quick, hot and tasted fresh but most importantly our steaks were cooked to the temperature we requested! We'll be back for sure!

We love Texas Roadhouse. Our steaks were good quality and cooked as ordered. The broccoli is never overcooked.

I would say the best steak I ever have in this restaurant chain. Staffs are friendly and attentive to your needs. The steaks are cooked perfectly to our desire and their bread are freshly baked not oven heated. We enjoyed our meal and I recommend that you stop at this texas roadhouse whenever your in Cheyenne, Wyoming.

We had a great meal. Our waitress was off school (from UT) she was accurate, Kayinda, professional and very friendly. We ordered drinks, 2 top shelf margaritas, both were good. An appetizer sampler plate of rattle snake bites & potato skins, lots of cheese and bacon, tasted yummy.
For dinner 3 of us had 2 steaks and country fried sirloin.... steaks were cooked exactly as requested, CFS was the best I've ever had... all of it was delicious!! With fantastic service...

I've been going to this location for +/- 20 years now. Food and service have been excellent 97/100 time. The other 3 times you let them know what's wrong and they fix it no questions asked. Will be a lifer here.

First time at a Texas Roadhouse in years. Make sure you call ahead to be seated at this one. Its popular and for good reasons. The food is delicious. The staff is pleasant to talk with. We got seated at "Willie's Corner" and it made me really really happy. I didn't know he had a special spot there but now I do. Anyway. I'm not a big drinker, in fact, I don't drink more than one or two alcoholic beverages a year. This dinner I decided to treat myself to a what I believe is called a "Kenny's Cooler" with a kicker. I may have to come back and edit that because I cannot find it on google right now but I will attach a pic. I needed about 5 more of those because it was GOOD! My other half and I ordered burgers for our meal and our little one had a hot dog and corn. Great food, good atmosphere...darn good drinks! Will be back!

Everything was great. Customer service and I ordered carry out. Nice establishment I’d recommend and also eat here again. I’m from md rare you see them this good on the east coast 😊

Savannah at the Cheyenne Texas Roadhouse is the nicest and most hard working manager we've ever experienced, she went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service!

This place is great. I come to Cheyenne often from out of town. Most of the time we eat when visiting it’s here. Food is great, pricing is more than reasonable. I think they have some of the best ribs and sides you can order anywhere. Oh and let’s not forget the addicting rolls with cinnamon butter. Wait staff is always pleasant and pretty attentive. Environment is great with fun decor and tunes that aren’t super loud. Dim lighting also gives off an intimate vibe. Parking is a bit cramped and wait can be long if they’re busy.

Ate at a few different Texas Roadhouse locations quite frequently over the summer and then moved up to laramie. This is easily the best food I've had at one. Our waiter Bella was very very kind and we will definitely be back again soon!

Went for a good burger, but when we walked by the steak counter we had to have steak's. They didn't disappoint! Great flavor! Their salads are fresh and yummy. And topped off with a drink it was a wonderful experience. Did I mention the rolls? Wonderful staff too!
Side note - the music was turned down - loved that we could talk across the table!
