If you need to exchange or return items, Katie is the person to see in customer service. She went above and beyond to help me by making sure I kept my Kohl’s cash and I got all of the best deals. She is a problem solver, and very customer service oriented. Very impressive! Thanks, Katie!

I came in to Kohl's to find a specific item. I could not find it. An associate saw me looking around and asked if she could help. We looked together and did not find it. Another associate was passing by and asked if she could help. They did not have what I was looking for, but the associates were very courteous and helpful. Both stopped what they were doing to help me. What a friendly store. This is the place to shop!

I love this place, I have been to every clothing store in Cheyenne, and if you are looking for thrifty, but decent quality clothes, this is the place! Staff is amazing, they are friendly, and really make the shopping experience very enjoyable!

Amazing clearance section for my kid he outgrew every single winter outfit over the summer so was in a rush to find something but not spend a fortune and that's exactly what I got ..

I don't usually leave reviews online but we had a wonderful cashier today at Kohls, Terri. She was friendly and actually happy to be there. It was refreshing as we don't always see people happy to be at their job!!

The company had mistakenly closed one account but had inadvertently placed all earned rewards Kohl's cash in the closed account. Jane assisted me in correcting the error by calling customer service and staying on the phone throughout our communication back and forth with the customer service rep. She went above and beyond, which has been my constant experience at Cheyenne Kohl's.

Normally, I just use this store for Amazon returns but they started giving me little $5 Kohls cash vouchers, and so I stopped to look at some clearance items. I found some fiesta plates I wanted, some neat graphic tees, and even some fun treats. Not bad!

I love Kohls cash it might be their way to get you back in but who doesn't like free money..I am a plus size man and they have a lot of options for me. Which is VERY nice indeed

Nicely displayed items and well laid out in this time of distancing. I can always find what I'm looking for in nicer clothing and casual as well. The front end staff are usually friendly and are doing a great job of keeping the place clean and sanitized. It's a shopping staple for me.
