Honestly, this UPS store should be the gold standard on which all your stores are emulated. The staff are professional, fast, knowledgeable and friendly, making even the most busiest of times seem like a breeze. It’s a joy to be a customer here, versus many of the other UPS stores or your competitors. The staff here are what makes it and they’re a credit to your company. Thanks for all they do.

I have been to lots of ups stores over the years. I do not have a printer and need things sent , notarized, and also make returns. Jay is an amazing person to deal with. He can handle that whole store single hand-idly with a long line of people and still be happy, sociable and nice. Not moody or rude. . Today was crunch time (Xmas rush), and there he is with a smile and under pressure but he is a great person to deal with.It is a little more expensive than going to the US Post Office, but its concierge service. They package everything and no worries. Now you can use a machine and send back your amazon stuff yourself. Great ad on! Ever since he took over this store its been a pleasure.

The staff who work in the store are so amazing always friendly always on top of their game. The store stays packed and busy and all of these guys really hustle and offer such great customer service was such a good attitude. They all deserve a raise :)

Jay has really turned the Indian Harbour Beach FL location around. Before him there was always a long line and people weren’t that nice. Now things run very smoothly and efficiently. I have total confidence in any service provided there

The UPS Store off Eau Gallie (Publix shopping Center) has the friendliest most efficient staff around. Fernando keep smiling & offering excellent customer service

I just got the most incredible service at a UPS store that I've ever received. Kat, who was running the front register, did an incredible job. She took extra time with me and help me with my returns and shipping. She should be not just working at the store but managing it. I highly recommend this place for shipping needs and excellent customer service.

This UPS Store is always busy, but the employees are all great. They help with a smile and try to assist you in any way they can. I particularly appreciate Jay who has helped me over and over again. The best UPS store I've ever been to!

I have work around the US and have worked with over 27 UPS stores. All of them has had great customer service. But the one on Eau Gallie, Melbourne, FL, they are the best. Jay always has a smile on his face, Has come out to my car to help me carry packages to the store. The rest of the crew is great also, smiles, a joke and always a helping hand. At my work we all fight over who will get to go to the UPS store.

Very proficient, and knowledgeable. Made my return to Amazon really easy. Showed me how to use the digital return label so I didn't have to wait in line.

I have been to the store only a couple times and all of the workers are polite and helpful, especially Jay who assisted me both times. He is an excellent representative of the store.

Very friendly and a sense of humor thats really important especially during the holidays. These guys take what is stressful time for some and made it a more enjoyable experience while we are waiting plus very knowledgeable. All in all excellent service.

The two guys who have been working all three days I’ve come in in the evening over the last week are great! Great attitudes, they help each other out and focus highly on helping the customers.

They gave superb service never getting annoyed and were competent, helped us all quickly and took care of business beyond expectations!

This particular store at 274 E Eau Gallie Blvd Indian Harbor Beach Florida is my favorite! I go out of my way to come to this location. I've had issues with Amazon items going missing at a location closer to me so I won't go there.
