Pharmacist (Kim) is awesome! Pulled all meds (OTC and scripts), organized for me, and went thru detailed instructions with me (spouse had knee surgery). Always busy there, but they always give me individual attention. Nick (technician) is also great.

Kayla was super nice and patient while me and my girlfriend fought over what candy to buy. She the real MVP.

Efficient

The current pharmacist (Dave) is very unfriendly and I am thinking about changing my pharmacy to Kroger. I got my flu shot at CVS and Dave was very rude and placed the bandage at a total difft place than where he gave the flu shot. Just because he was in a bad mood??
The ladies are very nice. But he is not. I said how are you and he would not say hi bye or thank you this moron.

Horrible experience! Bought something to pick up. After 2 hours I get to the store and waited a few minutes for it to be ready. I saw that the item was not what I actually wanted. Proceeded to return it and CVS would not return it to the original method of payment! Paypal which is connected to my bank! They gave me a store credit! Their customer service was closed at 6pm! No one to call to complain! I will never set foot or buy from CVS again! The manager was horrendous. He said to call customer service. Which could not be reached. I didn’t even take the item out of the store! And showed them the payment through my bank! Store credit? I felt robbed! They took my money!!!! Horrible experience!!!!

Horrible customer service, Shejin (Pharmacist) is the guys name. Hope he gets replaced. Horrible.

The pharmacists here do not cater to customers. For my infant when they didn’t have any of the prescribed medicine in stock they were asking me to call every pharmacy to see where the prescribed medicine was instead of even looking to see if another CVS had the medicine in their system. Additionally when I asked what other substitute prescription medicine they have in stock so I could ask my Pediatrician to send that prescription request they wouldn’t even answer that question appropriately. They were telling me that the Doctor needs to submit the prescription request to the pharmacy that has that medicine in stock. What doctors office goes and calls each pharmacy to see what a specific pharmacy has in stock. Eventually they did answer my question. This CVS pharmacists are lazy and do not want to do their jobs or focus on customer’s satisfaction. Very disappointed in their service.

When I dropped my prescription, they said they didn’t have one item in stock and I had to drive 8 miles with my fever to the other store to get it. And she was very sure that the other store had it. So I did drive over with my fever and guess what the new store also DID NOT have it.

No price matching and much higher than competitors.

This is just the worst pharmacy in the metroplex!
