Amazing service. My partner and I had been having trouble with our T-Mobile bill after switching from Verizon, and Dustin immediately recognized the issue with our bill that another store had messed up on and fixed it within minutes. Could not express how great the experience was here, would highly recommend this store for any and all T-Mobile needs.

I had a great experience with this store. The service tech, Gregory, was amazing towards me. The man has the patience of Job! He walked me through a few plans and helped me decide which one was best for me. The store and Gregory get 5 stars from me!

Teague was extremely helpful and professional when my mom and I went in to switch over our phone plans yesterday. Teague was patient as we asked questions and helped us every step of the way. We really appreciate all the help and had a wonderful experience!

As an older woman going into a electronic shop can be an intimidating experience. I walked in wanting to get a new phone and a new line added. Celeste did an outstanding job of helping my wife and I switch from our long-time service with ATT. We went with the 55+ Magenta plan that moves us from 12gb data on ATT to Unlimited on T-Mobile for much less money. 5star service, Celeste!

I went here today 2/27/22 I walked in wanting a new phone but didn’t know if I wanted iPhone or Samsung and the manager and the employee Greg were su helpful and just trying to find me the best deal for my phone and I really appreciate that if I could rate this store 10 stars I would they were extremely nice and just overall the best experience ever.
