This store is awesome! For years they’ve helped me with letters and resumes and always did a great job. I really appreciated Sohpy’s help today, She is friendly and helpful and was able to make a really messed up resume look great! Joseph has helped me two other times and also does a great job and he’s always friendly.

Nicole was helpful, patient and kind in helping my Notary work which needed a lot of stamps and lot of paper work. I appreciate her help and services, thank you.

I have been using this UPS store for quite some time, both for business and personal use. Let me tell you the customer service is absolutely outstanding every time I go in. This store is the busiest I’ve seen out of all of our local UPS stores and I can see why, it is the associates making the difference. They are friendly, fast, and courteous EVERYTIME! I have been doing business with this UPS store for several years using the following services:
Fax machine
Shipping important documents that had to be tracked and signed for
Notary Public
Made my own copies
Had staff make copies
Shipping materials to an associate or return to a business

I have been waited on several by several different staff personnel, because my trips have been few and far between. I am a first time customer to most of the employees I encounter. I have always had pleasant experiences because every employee who has waited on me has been courteous and knowledgeable of all your services that I have used. I find your prices to be reasonable ( with AAA and AARP membership) and the store to always be properly staffed for the number of customers present. In other words the wait time is reasonable.

This place is great! The store is always clean, if there's a line it goes quickly, and the employees are helpful and nice and go above and beyond to assist their customers.

Matt has amazing customer service when I say amazing I mean amazing ! I have been very happy with this companies professional service. It has been a great help having my packages safely delivered there when I know I'm not going to be home to receive them. When I call to find out if I have mail they are very courteous and have good customer service.

Quick and easy. Excellent service.

It was a quick visit I had some paperwork that needed to be in another town and this was the easiest way to get it done all in one stop. It came out to $9.69 for my paperwork to get to san Jose. I think I really need to find someone who has a fax machine because I'd rather send any type important papers thar way.they even give you a confirmation aheet/recipe proving that you sent out
the paperwork .

Great staff. They were kind and fast with their work. The place is clean and music plays in the background so isn't too dull.

They were more than willing to work with me when I came unprepared to get a form notarized. Staff was polite and quick. Price was $15/signature. Good experience.
