I went to the JCPenney at the Valley Fair Mall a couple of times. All of my experiences were great. But the last time I went there I bought myself a pair of black Levi pants and they fit great they are comfortable and they look great on me. The only problem with them is that they collect way to much fuzz and lint on the material. Even after I washed them s couple of times.i have to carry the lint roller around with me and run it on my pants before i grt out of the car. But other than that the staff is awesome, nice, friendly, and helpful to. And wen there is a line for the checkout lines the lines go by fast. U can find great presents for any type of holiday there also.

2 visits this week, one good one soso. Ladies area cashier great, upstairs dressing room attendant was slow and to chatty. But over all great sales & clean store

Today, (August 2023) I went to the Mall specifically JCPENNYS
To find shirt and possibly a dress to add to my wardrobe for a trip we are taking soon.
Not only do I always find what I am looking for, but usually at prices that are outstanding 👏 👌 😀. Today was no exception. I found a adorable blue and white polka dot dress and a Liz Claiborne blouse that will be perfect! Also, A pair of earrings and a belt for my husband. All this for under $76.00! If you haven't visited JC Penny's lately, I would highly recommend you go back. So clean, lots of help, and today..no lines. 😀

Studio photographers are so sweet and patient. Although they are understaffed, each employee is like 3 workers in one. You all are amazing. All your hardwork is noticed!

I like the store it's clean and well stocked don't look too busy these days with all online shopping we need to help these stores out we are running out of brick and mortar department stores. Shop local if you can better to try clothes on than guess.

Purchased a 5 year anniversary ring there BEAUTIFUL and got a great deal. The employees were so patient and lovely

I liked doing my musick videos here. Best service I seen and invested in my stock market will never go out of business.

Great prices on Black Friday and most of the time great discounts

I didn't actually visit the store. I visited their photo Studio. We had family pictures done for the fourth year in a row. Basically I'm on the Perks Club. I don't pay any sitting fees. I have to rejoin every 2 years. I buy the $120 digital package and I get all their photos online. I can design the pictures any way I want. I can make collages or do individuals. I can order the sizes I want. As many I want and if I forget somebody a year later and want to go back, the pictures are still there. It's really cool. The girls are really nice great with the kids and they keep everything wiped down and clean.

Took my life there for a sale they have on their products. Nice to see a buy one get one 50% off sale. Both times we've been here and recent months I've been very pleasant staff and the salon very knowledgeable and attended to all my life questions what's a good working knowledge of products. Rest in store seemed a bit so I could understand a lot of the clothes were not racked to do shoppers not putting clothes back. But nonetheless the staff did do their best as you can see them constantly working on it. They probably could use some more employees to keep up with the new influx of customers.Good job

Lines are really really long always. For simple everyday wear, you can always find something.

I made an online order, some shorts that turned fit well and were well priced. Of course you have to walk through nearly the entire store to get to online pickup area. Naturally I shopped the clearance racks and picked up a couple bargains. The store is clean and the workers were friendly.

I was able to find the shampoo and conditioner in the liter size that I wanted at a discount price. Because I had bought sandals for my son that were too small on that same day with my card oh, I was able to bring the sandals back with no receipt. They were able to look up my receipt according to my card on the date I purchased the sandals an exchange the sandals for a bigger size from their system! What a great way to do business!

I've always found good deals at Penny's. I just bought 4 clothing items and a pair of earrings for $102. The clothing was plus size sweaters and pants. I'm really happy with my purchases.

I enjoy shopping at JCPenney at Vintage Fair Mall... They always have great sales, coupons, plus you get great deals using the rewards program. Associates are friendly and helpful... Whatever you can't find in the stores you can order on line free shipping when delivered to the store...

We come here for the portrait studio. We love the employees here! They are all super friendly and energetic. Rooms are clean with plenty of room for family members. A variety of props and special events keep things feeling fresh and new every time we come.
