Great customer service after I made my printing job online not realizing that it would be ready on 11/05/2023 me not knowing today is 11/04/2023. Thanks to Shayna Office Max employee I was able to get two out of my eight print Jobs then today to get me started! Great customer service! Thank You

I lost my wallet the night before and could not figure out wherr I lost it it so I retraced my tracks back to office max 1800 Oakdale Rd Modesto California and it was there with money in it everything in it ...kudos Modesto store awesome job great employees thanks so much Raymond hernanez

I’m giving this location a 5 star review for one reason - Amy! She works in the print section. She is AMAZING and is the reason I will return. I was having a hard day, and she not only comforted me but also made sure to help me out with what I was printing. She treated all customers in line with excellent customer service.

Wonderful store , great customer service and very fast at there jobs.

With a little help from a clerk, I found exactly what I came in for, at a good price. I even received an apology from the other clerk for not helping sooner, she was having to monitor potential shop lifters (even I recognized the set up she had to deal with).

Found exactly what I wanted with a minimum of fuss. Staff was friendly and helpful but not pushy.

I was greeted warmly, helped by Staff attentively. At check out I was offered by the checker Chris, a sale item on special that was nearly half the cost of what I was going to buy with comparable quality. He also called another associate to meet me in the back and show me the location of another item. Very courteous, pleasant and helpful service by all. Best shopping experience anywhere for years. It felt old fashioned attentive and kind. Highly recommend this store.

Update* This store is my go to store its quite and the staff is always helpful and nothing has changed I do wish the inventory was a bit bigger with a wider selection.

Went in to print some artwork. Hadn't ever done it before so they showed me what the print quality was like on the different kinds of paper. Super quick and very helpful!

I used their services 3 days in a row and worked with two different staff members. Both staff were very friendly and helpful. Good service is very hard to find, but this is the best that I have encountered in a long time. I wouldn’t hesitate to return there, even though there are places that are much closer to me.

I bought a gaming chair yesterday. The staff person showed me other chairs. Was very patient when I went back to the first one and the name my purchase on sale. Good price .
