Thank you to the amazing team for helping us throughout our new car purchase. We are very satisfied with our Subaru Forester. Alan was extremely informative, patient, and helpful. He helped us make the right choice between the different models, and never pressured us or rushed us into making a decision. Not to mention, he stood in 105 degree weather for multiple hours while we compared cars. The financing process was also seamless, and each worker treated us with respect and patience. I recently purchased a 2024 Subaru Ascent from Modesto Subaru. Emmanuel “Manny” was my sales representative who was a pleasure to work with. Manny had a thorough knowledge of the model and trim package I was considering. So much so that I was convinced that I couldn’t live without this vehicle. The true measure of a brand and dealership is how they treat you and service your vehicle after you purchase it. On a late Saturday morning, I found a screw in one of my tires. I stopped in unannounced to Modesto Subaru and Ana Lopez met me at the service lane and asked what my problem was. I told her about the tire and that I was planning a trip to the mountains on Sunday, and I couldn't consider doing that with a tire issue. She wrote a repair order up and they brought my 2022 Forester in and did a basic inspection. They were able to patch my tire, so I wasn't faced with the cost of a new tire. And the cost of patching the tire was 25.00 and I thought this was reasonable. On the inspection, they also found an alignment issue with the 4 wheel drive system, and they fixed this under my maintenance plan. So all is well and my trip to the mountains is back on. Yesterday, my husband and I went to the Subaru dealer in Modesto on McHenry. We had never seen the inside of a Subaru, but had heard from our daughter who lives in the snow country that it is the most popular name salesman by the name of Isaiah came to greet us And worked with us until we found a car that would suit us. He took us for a great ride had lots of power. My husband was really impressed. We went inside the dealership where the manager who was Portuguese came over to work with us about purchasing the vehicle . My husband has been in the automotive business forever and has worked in many many dealerships from Modesto to Sunnyvale. We have never had such a great time trying to buy a car as we did there. It was not our intention to buy a car, but the general manager and the salesman worked with us and were extremely pleasant and patient. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car it is and we’re extremely pleasant and patient. I would recommend this dealership to anyone buying a car it is not high-pressure or painful at all. I think we actually made friends there. I would recommend this 100% to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

I just wana say shoutout to George Kramer! had been shopping around tryna find the geyser blue crosstrek wilderness, George contacted me, asked exactly what I wanted and got me the best offer the first time. Dealt with other dealerships who didn’t offer me a good deal until they saw I got better. Love the integrity and no B.S. from Modesto Subaru. I won’t be needing a new car anytime soon thanks to them getting me in the ‘24 wilderness but will be telling all my people to go here. I love my Subaru so much my wife bought one also - But as much as I love this automobile the service department at Modesto Subaru is fantastic - the best trained staff I have ever encountered in all of my fifty eight years of owning cars. That goes for the people who sign you in, the people who work on the cars and the people handle your departure - they are all are part of a great experience for the costumer.

Love the Subaru Outback! This is my 3rd one from Modesto Subaru. Each one has been SMARTER than the previous. Really liking the SMART rear view mirror on my newest vehicle. In addition to all the other features! Had a little issue initially in my purchase. Caused a delay by a couple of days. Rectified! I got everything I wanted and in my preferred color choices. Think I got an excellent deal. WIN! WIN!

Tony was super helpful with allowing us to test drive however many cars we wanted, to find the Subaru model for us. When we finalized our decision and showed up to the dealership he already had a couple of cars ready to show us. He was very knowledgeable about all of the exterior and interior features including the software system. He helped explain logistics with warranties and safety packages such as Starlink.

Modesto Subaru just recently sold me a 2024 Subaru Crosstrek. As a first time buyer I was extremely nervous but Jose was willing to be very raw and real with us about what I could be expecting. It was obvious to me that despite the employees gaining commission from sales these sales people had integrity and better yet believe in the machinery they are selling. So without a doubt I am super appreciative of their honesty and help getting my new car for the best price possible.

I now service two Subarus at Modesto Subaru and I prefer this location over the other one I go to in the Bay Area. Modesto Subaru is always fast, friendly, communicative and efficient and they take good care of my cars. I used the Express service most recently (no appt) and they had me in and out quicker than I expected on Saturday afternoon.
