If I could give more than 5 stars, I most definitely would.

Julio is a really cool dude. He did a wonderful job explaining to me the upgrades on the new 24 Sonatas and answered all the random questions I had. He was understanding and just an easy guy to talk to, which is crucial in any sales environment. I appreciated the seamless trade in process. I also felt he was genuinely trying to get me the best deal for my situation. He didn't pressure me or make me feel like I was being cornered. I enjoyed my experience very much. This is my 3rd Hyundai and I'm pretty much a customer for life. Not only cause I'm a fan of the brand but also because of sales people like Julio with an H.

Got me the Q50!!. Bryan the salesman and Mr. Huffman worked with me to get the one of the many cars I’ve owned to dream. It was extremely thorough with the buying process and easy. He did the most he could to help me get the price I was happiest with for monthly payments. The whole process from the beginning was mind blowing as it was my first car ever. This has to be the most comfortable and easiest auto dealerships I’ve worked with to get me a vehicle.

I would highly recommend Modesto Hyundai I walked in there Saturday stressed thinking I wouldn’t find a car for me to fit all my wants and needs in my price range. I was approached by Bryan I can honestly say him and Kenny went so far and beyond to make us feel comfortable and help me find my perfect vehicle. Came in first thing when they opened this morning, I had hit a puddle and a plastic shield in the undercarriage had popped loose and was dragging on the ground. They got me in immediately, I hung out in their awesome customer lounge sipping on a great coffee made by their high-end coffee robot, and I got my car back in under half an hour. Really, truly amazing customer service from Michael and the rest of the team in the service department. I'll be back.

If you're in the market for a car, come to Central Valley Hyundai. They have the best deals, willing to work with you, and the BEST part about this dealership is sales associate Luis. He is so kind, treats you like family, keeps you informed about new inventory coming. Can't say enough great things about him. I can assure you, you won't be disappointed with Luis as your salesperson.

I went in to purchase a vehicle and was helped by Brian. He was very intelligent and helpful and helping us with our next vehicle. He's definitely different than the normal salesman. He was very patient and walked us through every step. Definitely glad it was him. That helped us out that day.

Our experience with Central Valley Hyundai was great from start to finish. Emily Jimenez approached us immediately and showed my husband and I the electric vehicles available. We found that we really liked the Ioniq6 so she set us up for a test drive right then and there. Came in and knew it exactly the vehicle I wanted, which was the Ioniq 5. Sales Consultant Julio Gonzalez was extremely thorough with the buying process. He did the most he could to help me get the price I was happiest with for monthly payments. The whole process from the moment I parked to the moment I left was just slightly over an hr which to me has to be the fastest car buying process I’ve ever been through. The staff were all very friendly, they offered refreshments throughout the entire time. This has to be the most comfortable I’ve ever been purchasing a vehicle and will definitely come back in the future for next car purchase.

Emily Jimenez and Kenny Blasengym are absolutely amazing. We have purchased multiple times with them. They are always looking out for the best deal for us! We've been to other dealers where the staff is so pushy. This dealer with all their staff has been nothing but AMAZING. Customer Service itself has made us come back. I had the pleasure of having Bryan Ramirez sell me a brand new Tiguan. The experience was effortless. Bryan was great helping me work through the process.

From start to finish, the people here were wonderful. I made contact with Kelli initially and he was very no-pressure, then followed up a few days later to see the car again and possibly purchase and we worked with Bryan and he was great. I recently completed my 25th new vehicle purchase in the last 45 years and this transaction, from Central Valley Hyundai in Modesto, is at the very top of my ‘customer satisfaction’ list.

The need to purchase a new vehicle arose in early February during what many people believe to be a poor buyer’s market. That may or may not be true, depending upon where you are doing the buying.

After considering several offerings from various manufacturers, my wife decided upon a 2023 Hyundai Santa Fe.

I found some attractive online deals offered by Hyundai dealers in the Pacific Northwest and in Virginia. Traveling an extended distance to purchase a vehicle can lead to substantial savings but can also involve a great deal of work.

We ultimately decided to limit our online search to the Western United States, and my wife found the vehicle she wanted in the Pacific Northwest. That vehicle was advertised with impressive discounts (through both Hyundai Motor Company and the dealership), but a couple of one-way flights and three days of travel to get the vehicle back to California were necessary.

My wife looked once more at online inventories within 250 miles of our home and found a nearly identical match (except for the exterior color) at Central Valley Hyundai, a mere hour away, so I gave them a call. It was at that moment that things got good.

The first person with whom I spoke when I called Central Valley Hyundai was Merideth (BDC Representative), who was patient, pleasant, attentive, and knowledgeable. I explained to her my situation and asked her if Central Valley Hyundai would be willing to match the discounts offered by the competing dealer (less the cost of travel and any other expenses associated with retrieving it). Merideth said that she would submit my request while she awaited photos of the competing offer and that vehicle’s window sticker.

Within minutes I received a phone call from Kenny (Sales Manager), who was friendly, candid, knowledgeable, professional, and had great humor. Kenny countered right out of the box with an offer that was significantly less than the one I asked him to match. I committed to buying the vehicle that afternoon and when I arrived a couple of hours later, it was prepared and ready to go.

When we arrived at the dealership, my wife and I met with Kenny, Meredith, and Luis (Sales Consultant) and we found them to be genuinely nice people. Each of them was friendly, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and attentive to the customer’s needs. It was obvious that each of them understood what it was like to be the buyer. What a concept.

The facilities and the lot were immaculate inside, and out, and my impression after speaking with the staff at Central Valley Hyundai was that I was in a no-pressure environment; a big plus. The process moved along quickly and smoothly. While the contract was being prepared, Luis gave us a comprehensive tour of the vehicle, its operation, and its various systems.

Finally, we met with Cris (Finance Manager) to finalize the details of the contract. Cris was a personable and patient professional who presented a variety of options in a methodical manner and without any pressure to purchase ‘add-on’ items. The final contract did not include any hidden or surprise products, costs, or fees (a rarity, these days) but precisely reflected the good faith offer. Nothing more and nothing less. Nice.

In the end, Central Valley Hyundai is a wonderful place to purchase a vehicle. The facilities are superb. The products and inventory are outstanding. The prices are competitive, if not unmatched. But it is the people who make the real difference and the people at Central Valley make this store not just the BEST place to buy a Hyundai, they make it the ONLY place to buy a Hyundai.

He is defined very knowledgeable and friendly. He let us test drive the vehicle alone. And when it came down to making our choice and purchasing the vehicle he made sure to get us what we wanted at the best price! He even was able to give me a trade in offer on my current vehicle super close to what I'd get selling it on the streets. Definitely saved me the headache and hassle.
