The best car buying experience I have ever had! The staff was very friendly! I have been to 5 different lots to find the perfect car in which I was turned away for one reason or the other, but with a simple phone call to see if a specific vehicle was available, there wasn’t any frustration or irritation from any of the employees. Everyone was extremely nice and I was even able to meet the owner! They answered all of the questions I had and truly helped me get into the vehicle I wanted! I am very pleased with my experience and will recommend to everyone! Thank you AMERICAN CHEVROLET!!

Fernando (the sales manager) who I worked with was awesome. I have been shopping around at various dealerships, as one does, and he was the most helpful and straightforward person I have talked to in my months of shopping. It was honestly refreshing to work with him after dealing with so many other sales reps and managers at other dealerships. He bent over backwards for me, to take into account my unique obstacles, and he found a creative way to finalize the deal with a home delivery quick and efficiently. 11/10 would recommend.

My parents drove from The Bay to Chevrolet in Modesto to potentially buy a car that they saw online. Luis assisted them upon arrival. They were truly impressed by his respectful manner, no nonsense personality and appreciated his straight forward demeanor. He did not try to upsell them, gave them a good deal without too much back and forth and got them in and out pretty quickly. Everything was good. They gave us a shuttle ride home after we left the car there for service. And then wen the car was ready they had the shuttle come to our house to pick us up. The staff was friendly even the shuttle driver. The service consultant Jesus Santillan was friendly and professional. We will definitely be going back there for service on our vehicle in the future.

First, let me give props to Jade. Jade was the first person I spoke with from American Chevrolet. I spoke to her several times. Jade was extremely helpful and provided a lot of information about the car even before I visited the dealership. I was greeted at the dealership by Daniel. He assisted with showing the car, the test drive and the initial paperwork. Sharil Vardeh (Finance Manager) brought it all together. He was knowledgeable, explained the processes, and I completed my purchase in no time. Very satisfied with my purchase and I also enjoyed the personnel at American Chevrolet.

Everything went smooth. Came in for a battery and they found more things that could have cost us tons more money. Was able to fix everything in a day. Jordan was great at explaining everything
