I found this brand new 2023 Toyota 4Runner Limited for sale online made a call to the sales department. I spoke to Joseph Delgado. He checked and honored the price that was listed online for this vehicle, I made my way over to the dealership same day, I live two hours away from Modesto, I checked the paperwork in person make sure everything was correct as we discussed signed the paperwork no hassle I was in and out within an hour. Joseph Delgado was very professional from start to finish. Finance was very professional from start to finish overall great experience well to purchase your vehicle from there, and in the future, I will purchase my next Toyota from there as well.

Good first new car buying experience, allocated a Corolla Hybrid LE and took delivery around a month later. Paid no markup vs 4k markup ive seen on cars on lots. Left in plastic with no front plate bracket by my request, I did have to dodge added protection subscriptions that were rolled into the cost when negotiating payment terms when I never asked for them to be added, but happy to get the car I wanted for msrp in this market!

I bought a car here. And I didn't realized at first nothing. Fought my tire needed air. 3 days it needed air again. Then after I went to a ranch with a rocky road. After leaving my tire needed air again the same tire. I went to check what my tire had. And turns out it had a nail on it. I payed for the tire at another place. But the problem is that when I went to Toyota and asked my tire had an nail on it after getting my car. The tires aren't covered. But it wasn't my fault. I should've gotten a new tire or had my car tire checked before being sold. Everything else is okay and love the service here. Friendly people.

I service my car regularly at this dealership. I've never had an issue everyone is always so nice and helpful. I wait in the lobby for a few hours and I don't mind, I bring my homework and enjoy some delicious cappuccinos and lattes.

Brought hubby's truck in for new tires and brakes. Called around for pricing, and was surprised to find the dealer's price was comparable. Always get good service there!

Service Dept always upright. Never makes up stuff I don't need. I was surprised my 19-year-old Highlander didn't need more than an oil change.

Went today. Had a On line appointment for 1120.... Didn't get out of there till 230... Had oil change and Multi Point Inspection on My Camry Hybrid...See like there was Alot of Angry People there. Cuz they were waiting so long... There is a Lounge there get free Coffee Tea .. In the Future I know what to Expect... Hurry up get in. Sit down and wait.. Still the Same Thing.. Chris made the whole process super transparent, fast and easy! In and out within an hour! Day and night difference from the bad service we got at hayward toyota! I’m glad there are still dealerships and great staff like this out there!
