Stopped by the Woodland Ave AT&T store to inquire about purchasing more data for my phone because I used mine up too soon (podcasts in my car while driving) Not only did Justin look at my account and suggested I go with an unlimited data package, it turns out it will cost $10 less each month! What? Wow! When does that ever happen 😂🤪! I was so happy and excited that I went home and ordered a new iPhone!(out of stock in store) I love a great customer service experience! Shout out to Justin!

Sara did a wonderful job assisting us with our phone purchase, explaining how to trade in our current phones, and answering all of our questions about our new service package. She provided one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had.

We decided to switch over to AT&T and stopped into the Woodland store to get some help. Although we kept Jamie 10 minutes past closing time, he was very patient and helpful. Best experience with a cell carrier so far!

I went in to get my cracked screen fixed. Long story short, the company that would be doing the fixing decided not to honor the insurance I have on my phone and was going to charge me $200 instead of $30. The manager agreed that was ridiculous and instead got me a whole new device and discounted the claim down to the original $30 for me. Literally, my new phone was delivered to my house the following morning. I felt like I went in ready to have to be super grumpy with someone and instead got helped and taken care of infinitely better than expected. It was a genuinely refreshing experience. Thank you!!

While at the store I had excellent service from Josiah while on the other hand my mom was recieving fantastic service from Andrew Z. Both had super personalities and were very knowledgable in the information they were relaying on to us! They made upgrading our phones an absolute breeze with the addition to having a little fun too!

AT&T Stores usually take 2 hours plus in my experience. Not this one!!! Kris was awesome and extremely fast with adding a line. He was also extremely knowledgeable in regards to changing our account to get us the best deal. Thank you very much Kris, we will be back!

Usually I feel like I'm being taken advantage of as I'm not very tech savvy, but Andrew in your Duluth location made me feel as if he really cared about what was in my best interest. He differentiated my preference based on my skill level and found me a phone I absolutely love. If only he had been around sooner!!!! Thanks Andy!

We always had a favorite AT&T shop when we lived in Minneapolis, and since moving to Duluth we've found a non-factory AT&T shop on Woodland Avenue up near the University of Minnesota-Duluth campus that has given us the best treatment and service imaginable. They not only have sold us a set of four iPhones on our family plan but also helped us activate a business plan. They also have gone beyond the call of duty to give us tips and advice and were so helpful that I drove up the road and brought them back a pizza for the employees to share on their break. Our relationship is a two-way street.

I want to give a shout out to Connor and Jamie at the Woodland Ave location. They both go above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I would recommend this location to anyone! Always great attitudes, smiles and excellent customer service!
