I was visiting Duluth when I blew out my knee. I called and asked if they carried crutches. They had them at the register when I limped in. They got them out of the packaging and adjusted them for me, even put the pads on for me. The whole staff were friendly and so kind!

Great employees, always making sure you are being taken care of and if you need help, you will find an employee quickly! Unlike some other stores where you may need to find something quickly and there is no one to be found... This place is the complete opposite of that. They are professional and polite. Store is well kept, clean always stoked really well. So, I have been going here for a few years now and I have had a positive experience each time. Thank you for your good work. To all the people working at the Easy Superior St. location in Duluth! :)
