I won a 100 dollar scratch off and was denied to cash it . Lady didn't give me a reason she said I can't cash this and hand it back to me without any reason

Restroom not available!! Sign said “Covid”. Really?? Please get it together. Hire enough employees in this upscale neighborhood to have at least one RR open and clean. Also no receipt printed at the pump for gas. BP you are better than this!

I would give less than one star if possible. Customer service here is nonexistent. Its one thing to not say hello or welcome customers, but its another to blatantly ignore them while they're waiting to checkout so you can finish drinking your coffee behind the counter... rude rude rude. With all the businesses in the area, you would think they would want to hire people with at least an ounce of professionalism. Too many other choice near by to be treated like that. Its just bad business.
