Fairly organized for Black Friday with a decent selection of merchandise. One of the escalators did break down though during my visit.

My husband and I recently shopped two weekends in a row at Penneys and were pleased with the selection, value and sales you had going on. It brought back memories of earlier happier times in life, and the way it is decorated for Christmas really puts us in the mood to shop. I also love your jewelry selection. I prefer your store over Kohl's which is too "plastic" and lacks great selection. Please don't go. Hopefully with a new government administration the economy will pick up and things will improve.

I always have such good experiences at this jcpenny. The sales are great and the people that work here are always very nice. This is the one department store I keep returning to. I highly recommend it!

I had a great time shopping here with my friend for Black Friday! They had one of my favorite brand of jeans on sale (a.n.a) and I saved a lot of money!!

JC PENNY'S has a lot on sale and plenty of brands to consider. Whether you are looking for socks or licensed OSU items, you should find what you are looking for. Come to Tuttle Mall and browse. Take a break from online shopping.

Was pleasantly surprised by how neat and organized everything was. Purchased a couple of summer tees. All the associates were friendly and helpful.

The store workers are very nice and helpful. I asked for samples of men's cologne and the woman who helped me was very helpful and was able to assist me in finding a cologne that works best for me. The store was clean and even though there were quite a bit of customers in the store they were managing it well.

I love shopping here! This is my favorite location of the ones in Central Ohio. All the employees, specifically customer service, are super helpful and friendly!

Went looking for a gold cross after being unable to find one at Macy's.
The lady working was very helpful. The prices were great. I ended up getting a thicker gold chain for the cross I found.
On top of that I got her gold hoop earrings to match.

The clothing prices,sales & coupons are the best around. I always find something I need or want. Love how clean, organized & displays look. I'd hate to have to go anywhere else to shop. JCPenney has the clothing that fits my body shape.

I've found good selection and great prices here. They have a very nice big & tall section which is significantly better priced and the specialty stores. Lots of nice house goods as well. My wife and I were able to check off a lot of errand check boxes here and way less than we budgeted.
