The Home Depot

I love going to this Home Depot. It always gives the best deals in town has the best Christmas decorations, Halloween decorations when it’s time has good prices and everything tools, plants, soil rocks, bricks, pool materials, ant killer, pesticides. Has really anything and everything you need to build a house that has a great selection of tile floors wood floors carpet there’s so much to choose from. I would be screwed if I had a $25,000 credit card to this Home Depot it would it would get 25K I would rack up in a day easily. I could remodel my whole house but it’s possible to do with this Home Depot. The people who work there are very nice and courteous. They’re not rude They give a good judgment, and they are knowledgeable when comes to helping you fix any house, problem, pipe, leaking or cracked floor or ceiling. It doesn’t matter drywall to wood they know their material and they know how to fix and they can give you great education on anything. Highly recommend going to this Home Depot one of the best ones I’ve been to in Melbourne.

I am at this store so much I feel like I should have my own room. The associates are friendly and helpful.

Great store. Clean & well organized. Carrie in electrical was very helpful finding just what I needed for my home project.

As with most home Depot locations they had what I needed and the app could quickly let me find what I needed as well as where it was in the store (aisle/bin)

I had finally broken down and ordered a replacement Christmas tree, for the one we had as a family for seven years..

This was to be our first new tree since my husband/her dad passed away (in 2016). She took her time picking it out and we ordered it from Home Depot, for $100..

What arrived was a hot mess, it looked like it was made from birthday party streamers, and the star was broken.

I contacted the Home Depot on New Haven Ave, in West Melbourne. They told me to bring it in for a refund, they couldn't guaranteed exchange because they did not have many left.

While the refund was processing, I asked to speak to the store manager. After explaining to him, that I knew that this wasn't a problem stemming from his store, but that I was surprised in getting something of this quality from Home Depot. He agreed that the tree was subpar.

I asked him if there was a possibility of getting a floor model and hopes of getting a decent tree at a good price..

He walked around the entire tree section ✨ patiently✨ with my (eight year old) daughter as she went tree to tree changing her mind.. She finally decided on one..

He picked up a new, boxed tree and put it in a shopping cart, and told us, it's yours, Merry Christmas..

I honestly cried, and tried to get him to at least let me pay what they had just refunded. He refused, and asked my daughter for a favor. He simply wanted her to return with a picture of the decorated tree 😳 😭

I am still in shock, and was trying to figure out where to share this amazing manager.. if you get the chance, definitely go to this Home Depot.

Very pleased. Got in and out quickly. Found everything I needed. App can tell you exactly where to find an item.

My experience at Home Depot today was very refreshing while our sales person and cashier Gordon was so polite and helpful in ringing our merchandise up and getting a young man Ryan who lifted 15 heavy bags of mulch into my vehicle all with a smile on his face. Ryan was offered a cash tip for his hard work and he flatly refused it and thanked us and said that he enjoyed his job and no need for a tip. I just want the both of these employees to get recognition for a job well done. Thanks Gordon and Ryan keep up that great work attitude. Gary and Michelle

Love checking out Home Depot's - Garden department!

Helpful, friendly staff.
Alot of useful items for sale at great prices.
But not a single Home for sale.
They should just call it "The Depot".

Through no fault of the store employees, we had two failed attempts to deliver a new LG refrigerator.
The process for getting a refund was easy except for a glitch with the icemaker refund.
Customer service rep EMLxxx checked every few days and called me when that refund went through.
I wish the other major competitors had this kind of customer service.

My "neighborhood" Home Depot has a team that is always helpful. 16 years later I just recently purchased my 2nd top of the line Cub Cadet mower here. Working for a non-profit , I also received great support to help an event supporting grieving children in our community. Frank's team is great to work with!

My friend bought a ge washer at a very fair price with free delivery. Lots of new lighting in stock,some never seen before.

Probably the most helpful customer service Home Depot we’ve ever been in. JC, who showed us our new grill, and Jasmine and Kelly at checkout were extremely helpful. We didn’t realize that HD had implemented the military discount like the other unnamed big box store. Thank HD-WM for your kindness and helping spirit. You all are most appreciated!

Home depot is great... I had tried going to "LOWES" -time,gas,and money. The idea of having convenience much closer to home .BOY WAS I WRONG.
First, the people inside Lowes are lazy. They see you the customer, but they don't want to come over and help you. That means they will have to work 🤔
Second thing, you can't find people to help you... are the playing hide & seek. I needed help and I literally couldn't find, nor did anyone come over to help-wow 🤯
Lastly, I'm never going back to lowes 🤢🙈. To ensure I don't back to "THAT STORE " I obtained a home depot credit card woohoo.
Thank you home depot for continuing to be there for all my shopping needs. Sign one happy new customer for life.
