My daughter had gotten me a bottle of 18 year Balsamic Vinegar and I fell in love. So when I came to visit we stopped in so I get get a large bottle. I enjoyed taste testing each oil and vinegar. It was tough to chose between them all as they are all so good. The Cayenne infused olive oils is perfection. Excited to use it in several different recipes. Everyone who works in here are super nice and extremely helpful. I liked that they have recipe cards that pair with some of their oils and vinegars. Highly recommend this store whether you visit in person or order online.

The very finest in Olive Oil! Amazing shop with a huge selection and a very friendly staff. Their balsamic vinegar and spice blends are also fantastic. Both the Ann Arbor and the Traverse City locations are great and I highly recommend them!

Loveeeeeeee!!!! Ordered it as a gift! The west Michigan blueberry and the cherry vinegars are literally some if the best tasting things we’ve ever had. And the packaging on delivery is so nice! Also love that I ordered it Thurs. And it’s here By Saturday!

I have been to Ann Arbor and Traverse City locations. The experience in each was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and the products are first class. Their ingredients help to make each meal a masterpiece. I highly recommend their infused olive oils and the 18 yr old balsamic vinegar is the only one in my kitchen. My only complaint is that I lived in the culinary desert of Lansing, so pilgrimage is required to restock my pantry. As far as I know, they don't ship. 😪

Extraordinary customer service and knowledge of the products. Both managers, past and present, always go the extra mile(s) to accommodate any need. Their expertise and assistance have been vital for developing a successful EVOO and balsamic vinegar tasting for a course on culinary history I teach! We are truly fortunate to have such an amazing store in Ann Arbor! Looking forward to trying their new EVOO tasting kit! Highly recommended!

Virtual Zoom cooking class today -- made some Mediterranean-inspired power bowls. Honestly, once everything was prepped, I was thinking it was just ordinary Mediterranean food. BUT WOW. SOOO tasty! The specialty vinegars and oils seriously added deliciousness to the meals. The chef was relaxed and easy to understand. Will do another one!

I love this place. The flavored balsamic vinegars actually do taste like what they say they do, and my family loves them on salads to make simple things taste way fancier. So happy to have a high quality store like this in Ann Arbor :)

Nanci the manager was so helpful in explaining the varying types of oils and vinegars in addition to their pairings. We were excited to find out about their virtual cooking programs and even more impressed that they will ship supplies for the classes to our homes since we are from out of town.

This is my favorite place to go for olive oils. I am constantly cooking and I love to have these to add just a little bit of flavor that is more exotic than my every day cooking. I would definitely recommend their rewards program because even though you think you'll never buy the 10 bottles, if you're like me, you'll go through them quicker than you believe, and happily so. The sage and wild mushroom one is my favorite addition to potatoes

I couldn't be more impressed, with the Oils and Vinegars, at Fustini's of Ann Arbor! The knowledge and the information, given by the employees, is over the top! Especially, Jill who is the manager! Her ideas and tips are fantastic! Would definitely recommend, if you want to add flavor and find healthier way to fantastic recipes, which can also be found on their website. It's created a whole new way of cooking, baking, etc. <3

The best olive oils and superb service. We're always recommended an amazing combination. We spend a fortune every time we go, but it's well worth it! Fustini's olive oils are always a treat, and we never go away unsatisfied.

If you want to up your culinary game, just add Fustini's. Their oils and vinegars are so good, you can practically drink them straight. There is hardly a meal you can make that won't be improved by using any of their products. Salads, soups, deglazing any sauté, any place you'd add wine, you can use one of their lovely vineyard. I have at least 20 bottles at any given time.

The pricing may seem high but the quality is absolutely worth it. Their taste offering for all of their products allows you to understand why you would be willing to shell out a few dollars more for such advanced flavors.

Jill was excellent in helping us navigate the intimidating number of choices to find oils and vinegars for sample pack gifts. We ended up with two sets of samples filled with oils and vinegars that would complement each other, no matter how they were mixed, and left very happy with our purchases. The store is very open, light, and inviting to the less experienced. Will be back.

My son and I have made a tradition to go to Fustini's Kerrytown location since he was 6 years old (he's 10 now). He loves to sample the Balsamic flavors and we stock up on bottles a couple times a year. We love to experiment in the kitchen with ideas and uses. It's great bonding time and experience because a boy can only play so much sport, he needs a little balance and this is a great option that we both enjoy together.
