The entire branch is amazing!!! Amanda Hoffman was my loan officer, and she was very patient informative, and overall a pleasure to work with. Buying a car was probably one of the most stressful things I’ve ever done. BUT having the Unitus
Team behind me, ready and willing to answer all questions, truly made this experience great!!

It feels so good to bank with an institution that's based locally and focuses its services on the community, instead of a national megabank. And Unitus CCU does an excellent job, with people who make you feel like family...especially those at the Multnomah Village office.

Jeff was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful while fixing an issue with my elderly mother’s hacked checking account. He gave us some great advice on how she could avoid further issues.

I had the best experience working with Unitus in order to get an Auto loan! I had been wary of financing a car because I wasn't sure what rates I could get, and in general is seemed like an overwhelming ordeal, but Omar at Unitus made it simple. Omar was so kind, gave me all the information I needed, and also set me up with the best APR I could've imagined. I didn't know about Unitus before, and I will definitely be using them to handle my finances in the future.

Always so helpful! Such a small branch there’s never a wait. Personally I’ve been working with Carmen for the past handful of years. She is always responsive on emails, returning phone calls and above helpful. She’s now in this branch and happy to have her at my local branch.

I've been banking with Unitus for years and have always been very happy with their services. I'm glad to see this new branch open up as it is closer to my part of town. I was able to come in and get helped quickly and the staff was friendly and helpful. This new location is smaller than other branches but is a beautiful, well-organized space.

Everytime I need to go in, they are prompt and so helpful! I was having problems with my online account and they were quick to help but took their time to show me and make sure I understood what i needed to do moving forward!
