Adidas Employee Store Portland

The adidas employee store, what can I say? It’s great! I love the variety and that there’s something for everyone. Most things are 50% off unless marked otherwise.people are super nice and more than willing to help without being pushy.

There was no shortage of Switched on people at the sales floor or at the point of sale to assist me. It was a very good experience . I absolutely love the location Montgomery Park, the setting plenty of parking space and bus service. Most notable were following two individuals: Anton for assisting me in locating an item in back stock; Adam for suggesting items at point of sale and delivering a good insight as to Veterans be able to come in to the employees store, just bring your ID. Also the night manager was quite helpful as well. Nothing against Nike; however, I think that this experience at Adidas did create a high standard not only in terms of the good switch they sell but also in terms of their customer experience management. I will definitely go back and buy some more things. Five stars well deserved

Well stocked, clean, super helpful staff, all around a great place to get your athletic gear needs met :) Just remember, that the price you see on the shelf is BEFORE the employee pass discount is taken off, and that certain new products may have less of a discount, but they are clearly marked as to which ones, and what the correct discount will be. Good luck!!!

Military members can get in every day with military ID and get half off the sticker price. Employees are very friendly and the store is very clean and well stocked. Very large selection including clothes, athletic wear, kids section, and of course all types of footwear. Plenty of free parking.

Downloaded the app and made an appointment to go to the store. 10 minutes later, I was at the store. They had a good selection and 50% off. Love it. Building is beautiful and plenty of parking.

Staff is very friendly.
Return policy even without a receipt is possible.

Great place to buy your ADIDAS gear at 50% off. You can get in anytime if you are a first responder, if your company gets a pass or if you make an appt on the app. A couple of things are full price like the newest shoe and other items are only 30% off. They have baby clothes, bags, children, men’s and women’s gear. They have hats, balls and belts. The customer service is great and the check out process is quick and seamless. In Montgomery Park inn NW Portland. Ample parking and off in the distance a great view of the St. John’s Bridge.

The employee who checked us in was SUPER friendly and had the best energy. I ended up quickly finding some unexpected hidden gems on a miscellaneous shoe rack in the back corner and then managed to also find a high quality backpack and a comfy classic hoodie all for 100 bucks in about 10-15 minutes. Very successful trip! Could have easily spent more time and money in there. Awesome selection!

Great variety of products, good selection or women's and men's clothes. Selection of shoes could be better. The checkout was fast this time as they had an adequate number of cashiers (on a Thursday before Christmas...) easy to get to as well.

Always a fun experience. What you will be able to find each time you go is sometimes a hit and a miss. Still fun to go. I recommend going as soon as they open, or close to. It gets super busy. Kids stuff can sometimes be hard to find as well.

Primarily here to say that I had a great experience and to give Mica (who was working the fitting room when I visited) a shout out. She was very warm and welcoming as well a patient. The store is immiculate, I ALWAYS try to visit when I am in Portland. If you can get a pass - go!

Love going here. Can be crowded but the selection is great and the staff are chill.

Thank you for sending me a holiday pass in the mail! It was so fun shopping with my granddaughter today! Very helpful staff finding the correct sizing and looking in the back for us! There was a long line but it went so so fast because of how many workers they had! We found great Christmas gifts for amazing deals 🤑🎁

A lot of very nice clothes, good quality. The young lady at the front of the store was very helpful and friendly. She greeted us warmly and explained the discounts. Good experience.

The store was great. The prices were awesome. The staff were so nice and helpful. Sabrina helped us the most. The dressing rooms were good size but not that many of them. The have some clarence with 10% more off then my discount. In all I did like this store and their prices. I do recommend going to this store if you have the opportunity.

My go to clothing company. 3 stripe life baby. Friendly employees and fast service.

6/8/23 - some employees seem lost on the shoes available on the floor

1st time shopping here and no real intentions of purchasing anything. Amazing customer service across the board, Jared was a legend! He knows his stuff and helped me find a couple of awesome shoes. I probably had 5 people ask me if I needed help, and even the cashier was a winner. It's not the norm these days and it was truly greatly appreciated. They won us over for sure.

You can reserve a time slot to come here through the Adidas app. AND most of the store is 50% off unlike Nike, where it’s only 40% off. Nike is also so stingy about who can come in. Thanks Adidas for not discriminating!!!!!! Also the employees here are always sweet and helpful when I can’t find my shoe size on the floor.

I had brought in some worn work shoes that were way too small and murdered my feet. I wasn't confident that they would exchange due to the wear. They allowed the exchange with no issue at all! I was/am so grateful that $80 didn't go down the drain. Now my feet are happy and I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

Got the sickest sweater here. When i walked past it i couldnt take my eyes off it. Tottally a good purchase. <3 i picked up some nice socks here aswell. Definitely will be back very clean store, well put together
with very nice people here.
