My husband needed help as he forgot to pack his charger for his hearing aids. We were so grateful for the extraordinary help he received. The secretary had to find his records from Phoenix as he was not in the El Paso system. They found his records and the very busy audiologist worked him in and replaced his charger. He could charge his hearing aids in the car. We were on our way to The Woodlands Texas to stay with our grandchildren as our daughter and son in law we’re going to Missouri to move his mother to a senior living center near them. .. there was no way we could go back to Arizona to retrieve them and stay on schedule. A heartfelt THANK YOU for the kindness you showed a very grateful Vietnam vet. Beth Falen

I have last stage liver disease and been with Virginia for 7 months and still going strong with her. She has helped me in so many ways that I feel i owe her alot for allowing me to be her patient there when no one else would. I think most people who are complaining are full of it

You have to be friendly but persistent to get what you want. I really think it would help to have at least one person in the waiting room dedicated to helping non and nearly non ambulatory vets. I hope that enough research, including patient surveys (I never got one) went into planning the new facility that will be opening on Del Rey in about a year.There's nothing worse than spending a lot of money and then discovering what you have isn't what you need.
