We had a wonderful experience at Ashley's Furniture Las Cruces. Ed our salesman listened to our issue with a previous purchase, which was in all honesty our fault, three years ago! He went to the extent of bringing our issue to Mrs. Bowman, the actual owner! She listened and did all in her power to fix our problem. They are great people and we are extremely satisfied and happy with our new purchase. The price was excellent! We will continue buying here in the future and encourage anyone looking for quality and good people to do the same. Thank you, Ashley's Furniture family!

Bought a beautiful sleeper couch. Maureen gave us great customer service. And thank you to Maureen and her supervisor Jesus for putting a rush on it since we had out of town guests coming to stay with us. Couch came in and was delivered on time for our guests arrival. From the moment we entered Ashley’s, Rick introduced himself and left us alone. He is the go to salesman when in this establishment. He assisted us for 3 weeks and was extremely helpful. We did purchase a 3-piece sectional with electric recliners and a pop up coffee table with storage.
Mike and Carlos delivered and setup our furniture. They conducted themselves in an efficient professional manner, they were extremely polite and helpful. Rick, Mike and Carlos are an asset to the ASHLEY organization.

I was looking for a recliner. I was greeted at the door with smile. A young lady named Danielle Guerrero, who was very friendly, very informative and very polite. I would highly recommend anyone to go and do business with Danielle at Ashley's homestore in Las Cruces NM.

I'm a longtime customer, and always enjoy shopping at Ashley's. You have exactly what I want and with in my price range. The salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable, understanding my needs. He was very polite. His name is Reggie.

I ordered a sectional which did not fit into the space of my home. It was my fault for ordering the wrong way facing chaise but Ashley furniture was able to accommodate & assist with getting a couch that is perfect for my living room.

I communicated with Danielle, Stephanie, Mark & Manager Jesus. They were all very professional, accommodating, good communication, and friendly on the phone. I would definitely order with them again!

Wanda @ Ashley came highly recommended by our Realtor and she was beyond incredible. She went over and beyond to help us find the right furniture, at the right price, and delivered in a short time period!
