My daughter and I got super customer service from Christina here the other day! We had an issue with our data usage and I wanted to know the options of changing our plan. Christina understood our issue, explained a new plan that would save us money, and asked some other questions to help us make the best choices. We were in and out of there in a short time. My tip: go early on a weekday, as we did. Great experience!

I visited the Verizon Store on Linden St in Wellesley to be greeted by Isaiah. I was happy to see him as he had previously helped me. Again he was gracious,helpful and patient in answering my many questions. Excellent Customer service.

My dad and I came in yesterday morning to discuss our family plan. Christina helped us - she was awesome! Explained our current plan in detail and ultimately got us on a new plan which makes much more sense for us. Will definitely be back any time I need help with my phone.

Isaiah gets ten stars (he refused coffee or breakfast) for helping me Sunday morning when I could not get the service from my old to new iphone to switch. He was indredibly calm and patient and managed about 5 other similar situations simultaneously. My phone service got switched really quickly as did several other people's. THANK YOU SO MUCH, ISAIAH. Your really shine.

Stopped by when I was in a pinch because my phone broke. The staff was super friendly, patient, and helpful. They were happy to answer any questions that I had, and made sure that I was satisfied from beginning to end. Definitely recommend paying these folks a visit.

I am writing about my experience with Christina, who now works in the Wellesley location, but was in Framingham through my ordeal with Verizon. I just sent a message to Verizon's CEO praising her for her help. Why the CEO? Well, this is the level I reached before my problem was resolved, but it was not for lack of trying on Christina's part. Back in May, I tried to change from an old mobile plan with a data limit to one of the unlimited plans, while adding back my son's line (which was shut off vy Verizon because his phone was too old). I initiated all of this on the Verizon site, which was probably my first wrong move, but who knew it would be so complicated? After receiving an exorbitant estimated bill (over $400/month versus the $160 or so that they told me), I hightailed it to the Wireless Zone store, as they had helped me years ago with some other Verizon issue. I had to return to Wireless Zone many times. I felt bad about that, but it was a matter of Christina calling Tech Support, then waiting for an update, then waiting for something else, then going back. Finally, around the end of June (this started in early May), I thought it was solved. It was not, and it is only now in late August that I just about have everything straightened out--this shows the difficulty of the problem. But this is not about me, it is about the Wireless Zone team, and especially Christina, who stayed patient and advocated for us for many hours around the Verizon Wireless issues. I watched as the Framingham team worked with other customers, and it was always with kind helpfulness and knowledge that transcended the need to push customers the way that the regular Verizon store often does. I bet they sell more because of their reputation--I always recommend them for their service. Thumbs up, Framingham and Wellesley stores!

Just left the Wellesley store after a very successful visit. Had some complicated account questions and Isaiah couldn't have been more patient and pleasant in answering all of our questions and explaining our options. He even called Verizon customer service on our behalf to resolve things he couldn't do, himself, in the store... saved us a lot of time. Kudos to Isaiah. All future. Verizon visits will be to the Wellesley branch!

This is an amazing store. Andrew and his team have provided world class customer service --- amazingly patient in dealing w my 90 year old aunt. I recommend them wholeheartedly and completely!

Tonight we arrived at the Linden Verizon Store at 620pm to upgrade/replace 4 phones. We noticed that the store was only open until 7pm (although posted closing time of 8pm) and offered to come back another time as we did not want to cause the employee, Isaiah, to have to stay late. Isaiah did not even hesitate, he told us to come in and he would complete all of our phone upgrades/replacements. He helped us to select our new phones (2 iPhone 13s and 2 iPhone 13 pro max), explained all of the upgrades and charges, and transferred everything from our old phones to our new phones. Isaiah was very kind and professional during our interactions, smiling as he answered all of our questions and patiently explained everything to us. When it became clear we were running past 7pm, Isaiah remained cheerful and said it was not a problem at all. He made the experience easy and fun. One of our phones took over 3 hours to transfer its contents, requiring Isaiah to stay until 930pm (2 and a half hours past the closing time). We were mortified and apologized profusely, but he remained positive and calm, never expressing any frustration with the delays. We are grateful that Isaiah was on staff tonight as he exceeded all of our expectations. Verizon is lucky to have him on their team. If you go to the Linden Street location, ask for Isaiah!

New to the US and i was looking for new phone and internet for our house, i went to few Verizon shops and talked to different representatives/customer service on the phone and almost all of them were incompetent except this specific shop. I highly recommend them

Great customer service! Wasn't looking for anything specific but Josh helped me upgrade my phone and kids phone. Also got the kids set up with tablets for college. Josh kept us laughing the whole time there! Never had a better experience in a store before! Andrew was also nice, great teamwork!

Not often is getting a new phone an enjoyable experience but the folks at the Wellesley store are hands down the best! Justin was a lifesaver in explaining everything to me, super patient, down to earth and honestly we all had some good laughs. Not something I'd expect when purchasing a new phone. It was a truly great experience and from here on out I'm only giving my business to this store. Thank you, Justin and team!
