Dr. D’Intino is the best! I have never had a vet take her time with my animals. I have had a rough time finding a vet who give my dogs any attention. She’s sits with them and loves on them. Making my dogs fill comfortable and confident. My youngest Peach runs out the car when we arrive to the vet. Couldn’t be happier. They aren’t on the cost friendly side but the do accept care credit.

Took my dog in after she broke her dewclaw. Prices were reasonable for a Saturday urgent care visit. Staff was friendly and informative. I would recommend this place to others and would come back if I need to. Wait time for a room was less than 15 minutes!

This was our first time being seen for urgent care and it went very well. The wait time was about two hours but considering the hour I arrived, I was very understanding. Dr. Jones was very gentle with my pet and communicated the treatment plan thoroughly. The team was very nice and helpful, I will definitely be coming back :)

Dr. Maffry is excellent! He took his time to understand my dog's issues, explain the proposed treatments, and reviewed the medication. I could not be more impressed with the whole experience. The office and treatment room are clean, the staff pleasant and professional, and everyone took efforts to keep me informed. 5 stars, no problem!

Wonderful experience today. We went in with an older dog and vague complaints of something being “off” for him. He got a very thorough exam, labs and we have a solid plan for follow up. This clinic was highly recommended by a friend of mine and I appreciate her referral so much

My beautiful Chloe was near death from disease and was scheduled for euthanasia on Tuesday, but God wanted her sooner and I just was desperate to stop the pain and discomfort. I was able to schedule same day on a beautiful sunny Sunday and I feel that from the moment I walked in, John sensed her poor health and showed immediate compassion with action to ease her discomfort with direct access to a private room to spend our final minutes together in comfort. The Dr was also a sympathetic and reassuring professional who promised great after care for our Chloe’s precious remains and cremation. I’m so blessed to have found such a jewel at this time of great sadness and grief to respectfully and compassionately care for my loved one. I highly recommend their services as the people I met were all concerned for my pets wellbeing and health. God bless them all!

I was genuinely impressed by this vet and clinic! You go to a lot of clinics and they are usually driven by money and will sell anything to you to get a buck out of you. This clinic is the complete opposite and they want what’s best for you and furr baby. I called last minute about an issue my cat was having and they got me in right away. I was a nervous wreck and they took good care of my Bella! Thank you for everything! ❤ This is definitely a vet for its community. Is it pricey? Yes but you get what you pay for and the service they offer is definitely worth the money.

Friendly staff and everyone made sure to explain everything as we went along. I was thankful that they cleared expenses with me before anything happened. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and called me to discuss results even though it was late in the day. The facility was really clean and they offer other products. Definitely recommend if you live in the area or don't mind driving if you don't.

The staff was very sweet. My family ended up having to put our dog Silver down last night and they ended up staying open late for us, so she wouldn’t have to suffer another night. They were beyond gentle with her and helped us to stay calm. They comforted myself and my parents once she passed. I’m so grateful for their time. Thank you City Vet 🙏🏻 we will see you again soon when her ashes are ready.

Our dog had a medical emergency on a Sunday afternoon so our options were limited. We’d never been here before so it’s always a little scary to take your pets to a new vet but I’m very glad we found CityVet. Our tech and our doctor were very kind, patient with our dog, and great at explaining everything that was happening. Prices were very reasonable and while we love our regular vet, if we ever have an emergency again and can’t get into our regular vet, we’ll definitely come back here.

A week and a half ago we had to put down our precious fur baby Silver. We called City Vet around 9:00pm and they were getting ready to close at 10. But, they were kind enough to stay open so we could give our baby the care she deserved. From the moment we walked in our family was greeted with such compassion and kindness. They truly helped us through this extremely difficult time. We thank them for taking such good care of our baby and showing our family such kindness. Today we received her ashes and paw print. Thank you for all the support and kindness you showed us through this tough time.

My sweet puppy was seen right away. They triaged her and made a plan quickly and were very attentive to all of my questions. They communicated with me the entire time I was there waiting for an official diagnosis and prognosis. They took the time to throughly explain everything and took great care of my girl! I 100% recommend CityVet

Dr. Jones recommended my cat’s bacteria sample be tested by a dermatologist. I am a supporter/believer in bridging the gap between animal and human medicine and practices. It’s exactly what I want in a vet! But until I have the money to find the source of his issue, I would at least like to manage his symptoms.

Staff was helpful, caring, and willing to work with my cat’s circumstance.

They got my fur baby in the day I called. Very professional and empathetic with me on the phone. Once we arrived we had a fairly short wait and saw the vet. She was thorough and ultimately cared how our dog was feeling and made us feel reassured too. My husband is a travel nurse. We’ve been traveling around the country for five years and been to 28 states. It’s sometimes difficult to go to a new vet each time something is wrong with our geriatric dog. Reviews aren’t always what they seem and we’ve had some bad experiences. I’m happy to say today’s visit with Dr. Jones and her assistant went great! I would highly recommend CityVet!!!

I came at opening on a Sunday for Urgent care (open 12pm-10pm). Everyone here was very nice to me and my cat. They were up front about pricing and helping me decide on the next course of action to best help my poor cat.

I brought my baby in for an urgent care visit and we were seen right away. The front desk person, vet tech, and Dr. Jones were attentive and patient. I could tell each of them actually listened to my concerns and took careful care of my little guy.

Took my mom Liz Wright on Sat Feb 17th for a cat that needed urgent care and was dying they took him in Stat and started the exam urgently and quickly unfortunately he needed to be put down !! We have never ever met such a group of compassionate caring vets on duty vet techs and front office ! What was such a heart breaking 💔 moment they where all very comforting to us ! Thank you city vet staff!

Shelly, the manager, graciously sorted a problem with their texting notifications, averting a rocky start for my first visit. I’ll definitely be back. Sarah did a super job grooming my small dog. Best she’s ever looked!

Everyone is wonderful here. I didn’t have an appointment and was able to walk in on a Saturday and been seen very quickly. I recommend this vet!

I took my elderly, challenging, senior dog to Sara for a grooming, and she did an amazing job. I would highly recommend her.
