Jefferson at Dedham Station Apartments

When we first moved into these apartments we had some issues. We reached out to management and they did everything they could to make sure it was addressed and we were happy.
Management is very friendly and know everyone by name and unit. Impressive! Makes you feel welcomed and important.
The area is perfect for us. We like how Costco, restaurants, and shops are all walking distance. Traffic can be hectic but it’s not terrible.
The surrounding areas are pretty clean. The roads can use a little fixing though.
Overall, we are happy and would recommend these apartments.

Paul is the definition of customer service that goes and above/ beyond, extremely polite courteous humble patient w all your questions and he’s a customer representative that offers customer w extra information that can help better the moving process going. he’s kind nice, respectful, very caring and helps quickly getting things done that needs to be done to get the moving process going smoothly. he’s my employee of the year and he get 3x five STARS ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐w me and loved. i’m delighted to have met him and received all my services w him as well. and i definitely believe that the head quarters of the jefferson at dedham station should definitely take the time to acknowledge and recognize him for all his hard work because i did the same way he took his time to service and assist are the the reasons that im taking the time to share my personal experiences w Paul for all he’s done for me and my family & children.

My experience so far has been great, thanks to the new staff that has changed my perspective about living here. After almost 5 long years, I can now say this is home. Staff, including maintenance, the receptionists, assistant manager Katelynn are amazing. Thanks for the hard work you are putting into making this place alot better.

Full disclosure, my rating is based on my experience touring the property. I did not end up signing a lease due to reasons unrelated to (honestly, in spite of) my experience touring.

I'm leaving a review, however, because Paul was honestly a breath of fresh air in the objective nightmare that is greater Boston apartment hunting. Paul was definitely knowledgeable about the wide variety of floorplans he showed us (and could probably ace a US history quiz considering they're all named after presidents). He was also ridiculously knowledgeable about ideal furniture arrangements for our needs between all the floorplans shown - which made Jefferson go from just another building to a finalist in our apartment search because he got us to visualize what living there would be like. He was extremely attentive and communicative after our tour to the point where our biggest gripe when we picked somewhere else was "what are we gonna tell Paul?".

This review is a Paul shout-out because you don't get what he offers elsewhere. The building is older and it shows—3 or 4 stars— but he's indicative of smart staffing decisions that can elevate any property to a solid 5/5.

Mackenzie was super helpful and knowledgeable when giving us our tour! It is clear just from the few interactions with the residents that she is always ready to lend a helping hand. Very professional!

We had a really great experience touring Dedham Station apartments. Paul was excellent and gave us all the relevant information we needed. It is a fantastic facility and in such a great location. We have submitted an application because of Paul’s great work.

This apt community is very close to T station, Costco, Multiplex, and I95. We had a pleasant leasing experience with Paul.

I've lived here for a few months now and feel I can adequately review the place. I chose this place over others in the area for the pool, gym, theater, and price. All of those items have matched up as expected, and I think at a more affordable price for similar amenities in the area.

Paul has been extremely helpful throughout the move-in process. He was able to answer any question I had and he was able to make minor adjustments to accommodate my move in date. Finding a place with Paul's service at below market rates is truly a rare diamond in this area.

Paul was great! He was able to show us various types of apartments and answered all of our questions. 10/10!

We have lived here for a few weeks, and we have enjoyed our time here for the most part. Paul, our leasing agent, was extremely helpful and patient with us throughout the process of finding a unit. He consistently stayed late to tour units, and kept us updated on what the next steps were. The unit itself is very nice, although there is some defects that have yet to be fixed such as a broken bathroom door. The location is unmatched with the commuter rail and legacy place within walking distance.

I recently had the pleasure of leasing an apartment at this fantastic apartment complex, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From start to finish, everything was absolutely top-notch.

First and foremost, the leasing agent, Paul, deserves a huge shoutout. He went above and beyond to not only make my
apartment search a breeze, but also someone who I have come to rely on while I have been living here. Paul was not only extremely knowledgeable about the property but also showed immense patience in answering all of my questions. He constantly listened to my needs and preferences, and always got back to me in a timely manner for any concerns I had. Paul made the whole leasing process stress-free and enjoyable, and I couldn't have asked for a better guide in finding my new home.

As for the apartment complex itself, it's a real gem. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, and the buildings are well-maintained. The amenities are outstanding, and I can't wait to take advantage of the pool, fitness center, and community spaces. The apartment interiors are spacious, modern, and well-designed, offering all the comforts and conveniences I was looking for.

The location is also a big plus. It's conveniently situated near shopping centers, restaurants, and major highways, making it easy to access everything I need.

Overall, my experience with this apartment complex and Paul has been exceptional. I am thrilled to be living here, and I have no doubt that I've made the right choice.

We’ve been living here for a few months now and everything is great! I love being able to walk to Legacy Place and the access to 95 and the commuterail is so convenient. Our leasing agent, Paul, was super helpful guiding us through the leasing process and still stays in touch to answer any questions or help service requests go through.

Paul is a great host! He showed us multiple floor plans and thoroughly explained all the fees and amenities that come with living here. I am considering moving here because of him!

I just moved here a week ago, and so far the community is nice and peaceful and everyone is friendly. There are some parts in the buildings and the amenities that needs to be renovated like the gym, but in general I am enjoying it so far.

The people in the leasing office were very nice and friendly as well. Paul was the agent that I was in contact with and he was super helpful getting my application approved and making the move-in experience smooth.

Didn’t end up getting an apartment here but I have to say that Paul deserves a raise. He was incredibly intelligent and super helpful in my search for an apartment. He has only been on the job for 3 months but you would’ve thought he had been there for 10 years. Thank you Paul!

The Jefferson is a clean apartment complex with very friendly staff. When we have had issues with anything not working, we eventually get everything settled. It is also a pet friendly complex which is very important to us, we just wish other residents would be more mindful of cleaning up after their animals. Madeline Gantos is one of the managers here and she stands out! She has been incredibly professional, friendly and she will stop anything she is doing to help with a smile on her face. She is very hardworking, I often see her just walking around the premise cleaning up trash to make sure the area is clean. Overall we have had a good experience here!
