Kudos to this restaurant who takes their business seriously. They must pay their servers fairly because the restaurant doesn’t ask for tips (at all!), and on top of that, their taxes are included in the price. So when it says $5 for ice cream, it’s literally $5. I definitely noticed, and I definitely appreciated. Such that I took a photo for this review too. We got a delish sandwich for me and ice cream for kids. Excellent taste.
Will be coming back.

Ice cream was SO GOOD! Many fun flavors and very fun ambience - would definitely recommend!

Great place! Clean, family oriented, convenient location. A lot of young people work here, and they are friendly and professional. I usually grab ice cream to go, but today I stayed and enjoyed a grilled cheese sandwich w/ a side of potato salad....delish 😋 Of course I grabbed some ice cream to take home 🥰

The cookie dough ice cream was one of the best I’ve ever had. The worker in the Michigan hat scooping/running cash register was awesome. You could tell how hard working & genuine he was. Colleen’s should be grateful to have him as he was an awesome representation of the business!

Went here while visiting my sister & niece. The food was on point and the ice cream flavor options & taste were the perfect sweet ending to the meal. Super cute inside and family friendly. Love it, will be coming back next time I'm in MA

We didn't stay but had to check it out given my name. Order a grilled cheese to go as well as a few different ice cream flavors. All were delicious. Also one scoop of ice cream is so much more than you bargained for.

Place is cash. Helped me rediscover cookies n cream. Hot fudge, and all the toppings! Not even too expensive! Looks lit at night as well

The ice coffee was also great as well as a toast I had. The price was reasonable and the customer service was awesome!.
I highly recommend this place when you are in Medford and need a place to chill 😊

Phenomenal service!!! Great location, awesome food and ice cream! Colleen's has been very generous permitting independent vendors to set up pop-up shops, allowing individuals to sell their merchandise. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

Little pricey but so worth it . Their milkshakes are supper delicious. Staff was awesome as well

My daughter ordered the hot dog with sauerkraut and mustard and cheese with a root beer float. She was glad I recommended it. YUM.

Went in the afternoon on a weekday. Not much of a crowd but still a very homey vibe to the restaurant. Fast casual style, but definitely felt like a restaurant tasting sandwhich. Menu only had a few options, but pretty much covered any basic sandwich you’d want and they seemed open to changes. Sandwich was served with pickles and a bag of chips, which is unseen in the photo.

Such nice spot! We got only ice cream, which was delicious; but the sandwiches and prices look just great. Also the atmosphere was amazing and it was spotless clean. We are coming back for sure!

Fast and friendly service and delicious ice cream. Looks like a good food menu as well. Eager to check it out again.

This place was so nice and welcoming. The employees were kind and patient and helped us pick out the best flavors. (You have to try the Wicked Chocolate 🍫)

I’d highly recommend Colleen’s. Besides that their food and ice cream are good, they’re kid friendly and I remember going there with my grandmother, they were very kind to a homeless man who came in while I was there with my daughter this afternoon. This interaction did not seem unfamiliar for the staff as the manager sat and chatted with this man while his lunch was being made, but they provided him with a generous plate. Charitable acts like this are heartwarming to see and businesses who behave in this manner deserve to be patronized. Well done Colleen’s.

My Reuben was bright and fresh and flavorful. And then I got to follow it with ice cream. Great diner.
