Shop Therapy

I was on Holiday a week ago and stopped by and had a great time the staff was so friendly and so many items. The staff was knowledgeable when I looked at rings and 2 rings came home with me. If I'm ever in the area again I'll stop by. I highly recommend this shop!

This place has the best customer service of any head shop me or my partner have ever been to… and that’s a lot. Shop Therapy is our first stop for glass if we ever need anything. The selection is top notch and the quality of the pieces are amazing as well. Thank you to the staff for always being kickass!! :]

I have gone to Shop Therapy for many years, mostly for their glass section upstairs. I've purchased many different pieces both cheap and expensive -- probably spent more than I should over the years. They have good prices and really high quality glass -- and the manager has always been a really cool dude. He's helped me replace stuff I've broken by accident that I bought at other stores that I couldn't find on my own. Also, the one time I recently did buy a piece there that didn't work I brought it right back and they swapped it for a slightly more expensive version no problem. All in all I'd highly recommend-- TL;DR Good glass, good prices, and good customer service.

I love the store in Provincetown... Now I love this store as well. The store felt like I was back at home on the cape. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. Great job.

I went here a couple weeks ago with my sister. She had bought a pair of sunglasses that were $12, we paid and were halfway down the street when the staff member who cashed us out came running after us to let us know she had accidentally overcharged her by $5 and wanted to refund her the overcharge. It would’ve been so easy to let us continue down the road not realizing she had been overcharged but I truly appreciate the staff member who made sure to correct the error (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name - but good karma to you!) I genuinely love coming to this store, I live local and all the staff is so friendly and welcoming so I can’t help but stop in when I come to Noho and I love bringing my out-of-state friends/family to this store!

I go here every time I’m in town first and foremost to visit the very handsome securicat (an awesome employee told me his name is Sid Vicious!) but second because I love the store and employees. The guy who I spoke to most clearly loved his job, dealt with my annoying questions regarding mister kitty and was kind and helpful. I regret not asking his name but he had long brown hair and fierce black polished nails! Awesome place, awesome staff and an even better store mascot!

This place is the best!! I love everything about this shop. My inner hippie was screaming and I love everything incense and they have a lot of that and just a bunch of cool stuff. Its definitely worth it to stop by and check it out. Oh and they have a friendly kitty there too!!!

What a wonderful shopping experience.. Because that's what it was, the shop is Extremely well organized for it's variety of products.

The use of the "Normally" (lol, normal) overlooked air space creates an Extremely comfy and cozy atmosphere.

I was visiting the area, and I had to stop into shop therapy!! It's a favorite store, has jewelry, clothing, magnets , scrunchies, something for everyone. The people working there are very helpful, kind, and considerate to the shoppers. It's a must if you are visiting Northampton!!!!

Wanting to come back soon and purchase somethings. I stopped in randomly when I was in the area and had 20 minutes to kill. The store is much larger than you think, and has more than you may think. Seems like they have something for everyone.

Shop Therapy Northampton is hands down the best head shop in western mass. Erica the owner is obviosly exceptional when it comes to picking and making sure her employees are trained to give you their 110% customer service every time you come in. Donovan the man upstairs; the man with the jams is a manager I really have to give a shout out to. His extensive knowledge and access of the hundreds of unique glass pieces all having a different purpose is second to none. His amazing experience with herbal supplements and pure CBD (WHICH THE MEDICAL DISPENSARIES DON'T HAVE) was a game chqnger for me. and his impecable vaping experience with their sister store "The Vault" right down the street makes Shop Therapy a icon for Northampton. Erica, Donovan, Holly, Matt have impacted my every day life with their incredible customer service and knowledge behind their quality products!!

Super nice and helpful people! Great selection. Always a fun shop to visit and we never leave empty handed!

Downstairs is the most colorful beautiful clothes upstairs they take care of all of your smoking needs or your adult pleasure needs the store is clean all of the staff is very friendly and very helpful

Been coming here for about 3 years now and have never had a bad experience. Stay is always helpful and polite. Prices are pretty good too.

Love the feel of the shop. Great tye dyed clothes. Jewelry is amazing. You can easily spend an hour looking.
