I spontaneously stopped in to browse; my son wants a "slightly different" suit for his upcoming wedding. Kyle was incredibly helpful. Despite the fact that I was without my son, he gave me so much information and attention. My son is out of town and I think he would do best to travel to Jackson and Connor! They have updated choices for young and still have some traditional suits. Also, their policy around tailoring is great-- it is included in the price of the suit. I hope to return with my son for a purchase here.

A first class experience. I absolutely love this store. Before coming in, I actually had driven to Boston and visited both Suit Supply and Franks. And, I wish I had just come to Jackson and Connor instead. The suits fit better before tailoring, are more affordable, and the service was absolutely top notch. Each time I tried a suit I was perfectly attended to and got great advice. The store is beautifully designed with a whole lot of charm. The owner Will is exceptional at what he does, and I really enjoyed the experience. This store is a gem and I’m very grateful that we have it here in Northampton.

As a gender-nonconforming person, shopping can be a really stressful experience. My previous attempt to buy a suit during my PhD was characterized by being ignored by salespeople and not being allowed to use the fitting rooms, so when I decided to invest in something for a job interview, I was naturally nervous. Some folks on social media recommended Jackson and Connor, and I'm so glad they did! Will was super friendly and helpful, and while I ultimately got the suit itself elsewhere (since i wanted a color they didn't have available), he helped me with picking out a fantastic shirt and accessories. The selection is very nice, and I was able to find plenty to fit my rather curvy figure (always a struggle). I definitely will be back as I slowly replace my "grad student on a budget" wardrobe with higher quality items, and I heartily recommend it as a place for other trans masc/gnc/butch folks looking for menswear!

Excellent selection of quality men's cut clothing. Hats ties belts vests also available. Service is top notch! Located in Thorne marketplace. Definitely the best men's clothing in the area.

Our family visited Jackson and Connor today to get our son fitted for a suit following gender transition. We could not have had a better experience and could not recommend the shop more highly.

There were a lot of fun options! Had good staples, basics, and neutrals, as well as colorful, patterned, and otherwise funky options as well. Our favorites were definitely the assortment of feather bow ties.

Alana was so helpful and wonderful to work with. She made our son feel so comfortable and guided him through the process. We quickly found a suit he loved, and she helped us find shirts and ties that fit his needs as well as personality. She really took the time to make sure that everything fit very well and was pinned for the tailor properly.

Alana was also super queer informed. She always used correct pronouns and she was knowledgeable about how transition can change how a suit fits/hangs, and how to tailor it properly. Her energy was infectious and it was such a fun visit. For any trans or gender nonconforming people, this is an excellent shop to visit. Our little queer family was welcomed and treated very well.

Our son left so happy and affirmed and feeling good about his professional future and the clothes he has for it. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience, it was everything we hoped it would be.

Excellent men's boutique. Great selection of unique clothing and accessories that you can't really find elsewhere. Every piece my husband has got from here gets compliments. The staff is excellent and super nice too. Highly recommend!

I have gone to them for all of my menswear needs, including getting new suits, upgrading my shirts and ties, and even outfitting my wedding party. They've always delivered with outstanding quality and interesting pieces and they were also able to meet all of the needs of my party (and of course all of the suits looked incredible). They have an amazing selection of suits, sport coats, shirts, accessories, and just about everything else you could want. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always providing fantastic options. I cannot recommend Jackson & Connor enough.

Awesome store when you're looking for unique clothing. I bought two Tallia jackets one was a jacket/vest combo from them a few years ago. They are beyond beautiful. To this day I still love putting them on.

I have an extraordinarily hard time finding pants that fit and look good at the same time. In fact, it’s become something of a running joke that I still can’t dress myself at the age of 54. Fortunately, Jackson and Connor is close to my home, and at the suggestion of my wife, went there to see if they could put me right. They have an excellent selection of pants, and were very helpful in finding just the right pair for my needs. The prices are naturally more than what I’m used to paying (Kohl’s being the destination for most of my shopping needs), but the quality of the clothing and the attention I received were more than worth it. Highly recommended.

Great shop! Gentleman’s stores are quickly disappearing, so this place is a great addition to the area.

I’ve browsed through Jackson & Connor a handful of times but finally decided to finally jump in and buy a suit from them, and was wholly impressed not just by the quality of clothes, but by the friendly and helpful staff members. I ended up picking up a suit and shirt that I love, and the entire process was smooth and easy. Better yet, I felt like the staff were honest about what worked and didn’t work for me and had great suggestions for ways to make my suit more versatile. They were also very good about COVID protocols, and I felt safe through the whole experience. Thanks J&C!

I've been shopping at Jackson and Connor for years now. If you'd like to own fewer pieces of clothing that fit perfect, will last forever if cared for, and are uniquely flattering this is the place to go. I rewarded myself for losing weight by coming here. In the process I went from owning tons of things that kind of fit and and I sort of liked to loving everything I own.

They take a very personal approach, remember what you like, keep track of brands that fit you well. I owned some top quality dress shirts that I wore weekly for 20 years. Yes, I paid a lot for them but they wound up much cheaper in the long run.

The Jackson & Connor crew are amazing! I was running late and walked in 30 minutes before they were closing and they still were excited to help me out. In that short time we found a full suit that looked beautiful and had measurements done for tailoring. I did not feel rushed or hurried despite the time crunch and I had a great time trying stuff on w/ Ian who was super helpful. Big thanks to Ian and Will at J&C!

I went to Jackson & Connor to get a jacket for my best friend’s wedding. As a woman who has never shopped for men’s attire, I was definitely apprehensive about the entire experience. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly and helped me find the perfect jacket for the event. They listened to all of my concerns and went out of their way to make sure I felt great about my purchase! The jacket itself absolutely surpassed my highest expectations. It was tailored beautifully and in a very reasonable amount of time. On the day I wore it, I got a TON of compliments and felt very comfortable with the fit of the jacket.
